Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I never write reviews, but the staff here was EXTREMELY nice. The BEST customer service I think I’ve ever had! I forget everyone’s names, except one guy named Nick, and he was AMAZING. Give these staff a raise, especially Nick lol. I went in expecting a headache and trying to get ripped off when all I wanted was an oil change and air in my tires. This was NOT the case AT ALL. I HIGHLY recommend coming here! :)

I have never had a better car maintenance experience than I did here. Nick, Morgan, Steve, Matt, and Connor did a fantastic job on my vehicle, and Nick kept me informed during the entire process. They were quick, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful people. They do not just care about your car, they care about you. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else if I can help it.

Service is quick. Staff is super friendly and good at explaining everything they’re doing + pricing. We were served by Charles and he was fantastic!

We always recieve great service at the Westerly Valvoline. The workers are quick and friendly, and take the time to explain what is and isn't needed per every visit. Would highly recommend!

Came in for a tire pressure check and as tedious as performing those are, but he vavoline team went straight to it and got me out of there in less than a minute. Great service, and the manager was also nice. I’d recommend. (Also came for an oil change the other day, great service that day too.

Such an efficient team! I needed an oil change and I was in and out today. They were so friendly! One thing that stood out to me was that Morgan spoke to me using my first name which was just really sweet. They also were step by step confirming what they were doing with each other which made me feel like they were really completing everything perfectly. I will definitely be back to this location. Today I went to the Valvoline at
89 Franklin Street in Westerly for an oil change. My service team was CSR Jessica, TOPSIDE Kris and BOTTOMSIDE Patrick and Gavin. I was conveniently and professionally approached in the comfort of my car while is was raining outside by Jess who told me which bay I would be getting my oil changed in. I waited a very short time for my service to be rendered. I was able to speak to Jess the manager about a concern I had. She was extremely professional about it and made sure she had me leave as a happy customer. Her motto is "I would rather have you leave as a happy customer than an unhappy customer." I highly recommend getting your services here. Thank you to the service team that helped me today.

Possibly my favorite service business in RI. Fellow camper recommended for my Dodge Ram 1500, which I had poor experience with an auto shop in Hopkinton last year that only filled with 4 qt oil instead of 7 required.

Morgan and Jess are the best!! Great customer service, timely service and awesome pricing. From start to finish Morgan kept us informed.

12/10 service!!! My tires were low after sitting at the airport for the week and I needed an air compress asap. After trying and failing twice I panicked and swung by here near closing. These wonderful women helped me out with service and a smile and helped calm me down.

Overall it was a great experience, not only was Morgan adorably charming but she was also very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain everything step by step. She was very professional and very sweet and funny. The oil change was prompt and the air filter was replaced with a new one. Definitely will be recommending this Valvoline to my friends and family for sure! Thank you!

Never disappointed with the work they do. They are consistent from shop to shop and thorough in the work they do. Although they are more expensive than changing the oil yourself they do much more and you'll know they'll get the job done right.

Things they do while oil change, check air filters, check and fill fluid levels, look for leaks and fill tires to appropriate pressure.
