Great service. They got me in for an appointment the morning after I called even though I called right before they closed, they were honest and fair with their pricing. And the were quick one I arrived, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

I've been using midas since i moved to the area for my car needs. They are always amazing, fair prices and great work. I've never had an issue. The staff is amazing.

I am always happy with the service. I've been going to them since 2012 for routine maintenance, purchased tires, repairs. Everyone is professional, friendly and explain things well. Never disappointed

I purchased some new tires here and have to say I was impressed with the customer service. I felt the tires that were put on were not what I expected and the manager took the time to call me and strike a compromise that was acceptable to both of us. Really appreciate the extra effort they made to resolve the issue.

These guys were amazing! Our car was overheating two days before we had to leave on vacation...they got us in quickly, got the parts needed and fixed everything before we had to leave. Price was fair and they were great to deal with. We are definitely new AND CONTINUING customers now.

Great shop with great staff. They put an exhaust on my Mazda same day i brought it to them... Highly recommend them and will be doing more business with them in the future.

Handled my stuck caliper and identified the cause of the failure (fixed that too) all in the same day I had the issue. Excellent staff. Very reasonable rates. Would repeat.

This is the only place I take my cars to get serviced, best part is I don’t have to leave my car, I make a snack for the kids and we sit and I get my car serviced! Perfect for people with small kids! Plus great staff

Good afternoon everyone I hope you're all doing well after this horrendess storm last evening. I have another GREAT EXPERIENCE TO SHARE @MIDAS OF WESTERLY SO PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION BECAUSE THIS MAY BE LONG WINDED!!!!!!! Now, in my previous rating I gave MIDAS OF WESTERLY a 5 star rating and your all probably saying to yourself WOW !!!! He's posting again and the answer is Yes !!!!!!!! So , Tuesday before the storm was coming I noticed something still wasn't right with my Breaks, and your all thinking it must have been the mechanics? No no no dummies !!!!!! It was me , I learned the difference between a SPEED SENSOR AND AN ABS CENSOR......!!!!!!!!!. SO Again I called AND LOW IN BEHOLD KASASANDRA ANSEREWD !!!!! KASASANDRA SAID BRING IT IN SO I WENT!!!!! WHEN I ARRIVED SAFELY OF COURSE BECAUSE I HAD GREAT BREAKS FROM THE PREVIOUS SERVIOUS!!!! RACHEL WAS THERE AND ALL THE GREAT MECHANICS @ MIDAS OF WESTERLY.....SO THATS WHEN I LEARNED THAT A DIAGNOSIS MACHINE @ MIDAS IS ALOTTTTTT CHEAPER THEN THE DEALERS BUT I NEEDED A SENSOR........ So now I'm thinking oh man what am I gonna do , but I needed it done and 🙏 and 🙏 like we all should just a suggestion! And when it came time to pay RACHEL AND KASASANDRA SAID TAKE IT FOR A RIDE, BUT, MAYBE BUY SOME BOX O JOE AND MAYBE A DOZEN DONUTS FROM DUNKIN ..... SO I DID THINKING WHATS GOING ON ??????? I DROP OFF THE COFFEES AND DONUTS AND THEY SAID I WAS ALL SET? IWAS READY TO PAY MY BILL ! I WAS BLOWN OUT OF THE OCEAN.......IM STILL WONDERING AND THANKING GOD THAT I HAVE FRIENDS @ MIDAS OF WESTERLY.......GOOD DAY ....I SAID GOOD DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean building, accessible parking. Friendly employees, girl at the front was welcoming & gentleman that worked on my car was professional.
Service was quick for a busy day. I'll be going back next time I need time I need work dome on jy vehicle.
