I would just like to specifically Thank Donna in Framing! Donna has always helped me with large framing purchases. She deserves the employee of the year award for her Most excellent customer service and quality control. Typically when I come in I’m having 10 to 15 pieces framed at once this can be a heavy work load for the typical framer but not Donna I’m in and out within 30 minutes! Also everything I’ve ever received has been framed perfectly all the measurements are carefully taken into consideration! THANK YOU DONNA

This store has great customer service! Sierra was working the cash register the day I went in to buy a few things and she was lively, fun and made lovely conversation with me while checking out. All while still getting me out the door in a reasonable time. Made my day.

I cannot express in words the most wonderful experience of customer service I received from one of your best employees, Amber. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in framing a Van Gogh poster. It came out beautiful. She made such a wonderful shopping experience for me, and I will without hesitation recommend Michael’s and her expertise.

Michael's is a "candy store" for a crafter, someone wishing to update their decor, or learn a new craft. There is so much to see, that you could literally spend hours browsing in this store. The staff is always helpful and friendly, giving suggestions, and guiding you, and available for questions. They always have sales as well.

I love having a Michaels store in town! It has actually boosted my interest in crafting of all sorts. I now have several favorite hobbies since it's grand opening in Westerly.
