Very clean and friendly. I needed to ship packages to Canada and they were extremely helpful. This was a much easier experience than going to the post office, and I will only ship internationally through them!

Love this location! I bring my Amazon package returns/mail/packages in and absolutely love this location because the service is ALWAYS wonderful! They are always so joyful! One of wonderful employees is so kind and helpful. She gave me the idea to leave an Amazon box in my car "just in case" we need one to send a package back and I thought that was so thoughtful and a brilliant idea! We have gotten our passport pics here and they do a wonderful job packaging up things for the holidays/birthdays/college students to mail out! So happy they are in our neighborhood! Thanks for the excellent service and I can see I am not the only one who thinks so by all of the wonderful reviews! 10/10 ⭐ Top notch service and genuine kindness!

Clean, courteous, plenty of parking in front, and location is convenient.. I drop all my Amazon returns here.

I really like this location and always go out of my way to do my UPS dropoffs here. Each visit, I'm greeted by a different employee and they're all very accommodating and quick.

However, with my last visit, I felt kind of weird that the employee wanted me to review this place with a Five Star right then and there in front of him. I'm sorry, but if I'm doing a review, I'd surely not be doing it in front of anyone and don't need that person reaching over my phone trying to press that 5th star for me. Other than that, love this location. Great job on the service everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer. She helped me with my application and fingerprint. I wouldn't have been able to get my Nursing License if she hadn't helped me. She was VERY VERY professional, passionate courteous and patience with me. She is a real gem to have in your establishment.

I was there today to get my fingerprints done. Anila was by herself and was doing the job of 2 people. Amazing customer service and I was surprised that even though it got busy at one point, she remained calm and helped everyone out in a timely manner without getting frustrated or upset.I understand the shortage of employees everywhere and suggest everyone to be patient when they go somewhere.,. UPS is my go to carrier to use but this UPS location has the best customer service! They are always quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If you're in the area, go to this location!

Great service. I came to return amazon packages. i found only this store nearby that opens till 5 pm on saturday. The guy over here was awesome. He helped in getting the returns completed in a smooth way.
