This review is for the excellent customer service our family received from Home Depot Employee SERGIO at the Paramount, Ca Home Depot. 5/5 stars *****

Our family was in search of 2" inch vertical blinds and headed to Home Depot with our measurements. I did my measurements and research just in case any of the employees were too busy I would feel confident going about picking the right sizes.

What surprised me was right off the bat SERGIO asks us if we needed any help. The fact that SERGIO approached us first and we didn't need to hunt down a Home Depot employee was very reassuring. SERGIO took the time to go through my measurements. (Sidenote: Everyone knows home improvement projects can be stressful and I will admit I was a little frustrated trying to get the right blinds for my windows. But SERGIO was very calm and collective and very patient with me).

SERGIO located the sizes of blinds I needed and also cut our blinds right then and there to fit the exact measurements we needed.

As a loyal customer to Home Depot, I must say SERGIO stands out with his knowledge and customer service. I was in and out of Home Depot in no time and returned home and put up the blinds. They fit perfectly. Thanks SERGIO.

I belive is great to have nice people working and trying to do their best to keep all custumers with a good sperience shopping in the home depot at Paramount! I found this keys some one lost in the home depot store ! I hope the owner get it back soon ! Is not easy honest specially if you do not have a job to pay you rent on this hard times !

Frank Rodriguez at the painting department was so professional he was nice I needed some paint for my living room and he delivered with professional customer service

Pleasant encounter with everyone here. Everyone was nice, when I needed to find an item, everyone was willing to help. The only problem I dislike about Home Depot is that smell, not sure what it is, but idk how to describe it. It's in most Home Depots.

Typical big box hardware and lumber experience. Did notice that they had a lot of really good deals on clearance items and also especially clearance on home appliances. Not the easiest to find someone to help out or answer a question as they were all busy with other customers. But after a short patient wait the team member I encountered was polite, friendly personable and prompt with a recommendation for my needs. team member asked a few questions to qualify my needs and was right on task with the recommended solution. Even made sure I got a few accessory items that made my project much much easier to complete, it wasn't a sales job to up sell but a genuine care for what my needs were. This is my hometown location and I always eventually get great service it just takes longer sometimes on the weekends.

Every thing you need to build/repair/maintain a home. Or anything that needs screws, washers, actually anything inside your home. Very helpful associates.

Cool employees lots more stuff than other home depot.

Found what we wanted. Great customer service in the rental department. Very helpful staff. Very good spicy hotdogs at the vendor just outside at a good price too.

Great Customer service. When a product isn't available they will help you to get that item delivered to the store. If you dont want to deal with anyone they have lockers outside to just pull up n get what you ordered. Friendly and helpful associates. Overall a great place for my home improvement needs at a budgetable price. I highly recommend

Convient shopping, item available. No checkout line item in locker for pick up. 5 minutes tops to get my item.

I have ordered something from online and they sent me a email that was already in store ready to be pick up the hole transaction was very smoothly with no troubles at all, I will definitely recommend this store to shop for all your house hole repairs. Service is very good 👍 they really take care of you and very helpful in anwer any questions you might have in mind to ask, they are ready to help you with what you need.
I really recommend this 👌 place for any kind of job you are planning to do 😊.

We found moldings for doors and nails and some wood stains

Stopped by this Home Depot to return some items and the cashiers were very friendly and efficient. Keven was extremely helpful when it came to directing me to the adequate location for what I was looking for along with ringing me up later that time period. I will definitely shop here again in the near future!

This is my Home Depot it's always a smooth sailing visit here I'm in and out! The staff is super helpful super professional ,knowledgeable and nice ..
