Family Dollar

Family dollar store here is really made huge improvements in all aspects of this store. It’s close to home so we walk there all the time to pick up odds and ends and staples in grocery. There has been a change In leadership here in the last several months to a year and you can see and feel it right away if you had been here before and now it’s night and day. Store and it’s employees have all cleaned up very nicely. It’s the difference between the school dance and the prom. Both are fun and entertaining but everyone puts a little more elbow grease behind the prom. Service is excellent here, cleanliness is spot on, customers are even friendlier due to the now ability to find what you need because it’s organized and all items have a price tag on them. Prices are very good and you can always find great deals, they even have a app you can download and get additional coupons savings they even walked me through how to do this here and I live it, so easy and the savings is very big don’t miss out on doing that. This is one of my favorite family dollars to come to. The customer service is awesome and I want to give a special shout out to the cashier Bernice! One of the smallest locations with a subpar selection that reflects that. Every once in a blue moon they'll get a employee who could use an attitude adjustment from someone who sporadically doubles in the concept of common courtesies. Even with all that though, the great customer service employees they have make it worth all that and more especially on days like today where you really needed help finding a solution to my aggravating and annoying index finger nail issue. Thanks a ton guys!

If I'm not messing up the name but Audra is an Awesome but Awesome Worker at Family dollar...she is very sweet kind, patient and amazing attitude towards costumers, very helpful and just simply the best costumer service I've seen in this family Dollar... Wish there was more workers like her!
