The pharmacy staff and pharmacists at this location are extremely kind, friendly, and VERY helpful. I have been doing business here since way back when it was Delta Drug, RiteAid, and now Walgreens. They have helped me many times with insurance and refill problems with my medications. I have had my vaccines there also. I have also witnessed them deal with rude and angry customers ahead of me with kindness and polite solutions. I have had to deal with other pharmacies in the area for other family members and this Walgreens is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff around. Thanks for all your great service. I truly appreciate it!!

Everyone at this store has been super friendly to me since I moved to this neighborhood 5 years ago. I don’t recall one bad experience, even on the phone.

Today I had to go to this location for an item and checking out a man was not following social distance behind me so the cashier told him to back off. I was glad to finally have that service in a pandemic

-2🌟 because I switched pharmacies but they have irritated me more than proven to be better.
I can only say good things about the store and even the pharmacy staff. But I don't understand why I've had to visit 3 locations to get meds when I purposely chose them for the location... it's bizarre.

Blonde girl young was just awful. Unhelpful and absolutely rude. I don't know how she's employed with that attitude.

Walgreens on Smith Street - Cashier not helpful and seemed bothered by being asked a simple questions. Neither of the cashiers had their masks fully on so didnt feel safe buying my purchase. Just quickly made one purchase. I will continue by business at CVS where I always get Excellent service.

I tried to purchase an approved OTC product today using my FSA card and failed four tries at the register. I took it to CVS to purchase the same item and it was fine.

Can you let the public know when your broken system will again accept FSA payments for approved OTC products?

I'll be using CVS until then.
