Brought in horse riding shoes with no soles and mud covered hiking boots. While we did laundry next door the owner fixed em just like new!

I had a issue with the initial fitting of my order, I contacted their support and they fixed it quickly. I'll keep this store in mind for any future business.

Had some work done on my boots and he did a great job.

I bought some Tony Lamas boots and the shipping was fast, thanks.

This place is a rip off. I ordered some replacement soles online from this shop. When I received the package it was the wrong size (they sent me a size 14) and it was the wrong model. To make matters worse there was almost 10 dollars due on the postage. I tried to call the company and there is no phone listed. Beware of these scammers.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this place about 2 weeks ago and nothing. I emailed them and no response. I realized there was no phone number listed which is a major red flag! so I did some searching to find the shoe repair store called Guys and Dolls which has the same address. They have a phone number listed but if you call no one answers. I am beginning to think that I am out of a $60.99 purchase.

Their site indicates free returns within 14 days. I began writing to them via their site, emails and FB message the morning after I received the shoes. Absolutely no response. I should have checked for a phone number prior to ordering. There is none on their site. Now, I'm stuck with shoes which cannot be worn.

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from these guys. Total scam. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back (which thankfully happened). DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
