I stopped by to purchase a new leaf blower. The gentleman who helped me decide on a model was very polite and knowledgeable. This store always has decent inventory and competitive prices.

Really clean store amazing people

Honestly e July my experience here so much more than say home depot. Nice small store, usually has what you need. Big plus is the customer service has always been great.

Christine is an asset to this company. Every time I come in, she helps me to complete my project. Last week she went above and beyond and walked me through my entire bathroom plumbing job. She's such a caring person. She asked about my kids that she just met last week.

Great local option with things the bigger box stores don't carry. Paint color matching from the small sample I brought in was pretty spot on!

Ace is a great store I always find what I need plus staff is very professional and stores always stocked.

Nice people. Usually my family uses the Westlake location but we were looking for a place that rented Uhaul trucks which this does. The gentleman was very helpful with giving us pricing information. We have gone there for other things and they are very good with returns. It was nice that the day we went they had trimmings from the Christmas trees that they were selling. They were going to throw them out but when my mom asked if she could have them the gentleman said sure and even helped us put them in the car. She ended up making a lovely wreath for the front door. All in all if you are in the area this is a good place.

As much as I can, I like to frequent local stores, and Ace is the best local option like that for hardware in the area. It's not where you want to go for large lumber orders, appliances, or the like, but there is a good assortment of tools, paints, plumbing, and general home care materials. The fastener assortment is better than many of the big box stores, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. It's usually my go to hardware store.

They are always so nice and eager to help. I'm not sure how you could have hired or manage a more consistent staff. It's pleasantly surprising everytime I come in.... No it's scary. Please hire one grumpy old guy who thinks he knows everything.

Very friendly staff, very helpful!..I called for advice first..not only did they answer the phone in a timely manner..they took the time to answer my very detailed questions. When I came in the next day..they remembered me and were again..extremely helpful. I am so happy they moved in next to Levins! Easy parking, helpful staff, large well lit store thats easy to get around. We will be back!!😃

I've read these reviews, and can't agree with these complaints. I have been to this store over ten times since they have opened. Every time I've been greeted and asked if I needed any help within 3 minutes. I have also found the employee helping me to be friendly and knowledgeable of the items i'm there to purchase. Also they have the best fastners department of any of these home stores. I find what i need within 10 minutes and have never waited in line more than 5 minutes. Only have had one return which was cheerfully refunded. I missed the old Sears store, and i'm grateful Ace has brought it back. I wish them continued success at this locationand hope Ace is here for a long time in the future. ~ DT ~

This is the most friendly and helpful ace I've ever been too.. I'm there often since is close to my house.. Michelle is usually at the register and is always super nice and helpful!
