Great gas prices. Clean. Handicap Parking. Handicap Accessible. Cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches & fountain drinks, plus gasoline.

This place was great, so many options to choose from. Mostly great customer service. Maybe her trainer was new, but the trainer was on her phone or playing with other clerks in the back. The female, Julie Z., poor customer service. Even the QT on 43/Main has better customer service!! And that place smells like urine.

Fast and reliable service. Open 24 hours 7 days a week. QT 197 is the best!

The store itself was nice enough. But we were approached by some people begging for money for gas.

I come in hungry I go over to the kitchen and I am kindly greeted and recommended a toasted sandwich. I have never ordered one so I tell him to build it for me. In less than five minutes my order is ready and boy that was the best sandwich I had. Thank you Mr. Miguel for the amazing service. And of course the amazing sandwich

I recently moved back home to Kansas City, Missouri. This Quik Trip #197 has become my favorite store. I'm a Quik Trip kinda girl!!! I love everything about Quik Trip, especially their coffee specialty drinks and hot dogs. I especially like this Quik Trip #197. I had a problem, at the gas pump, on my very first visit.

I went inside and told the Quik Tripper employee, at the cash register my problem, she asked another Quik Tripper employee, to go out to my gas pump location and help me. You are so right about your Quik Tripper employees. They greet you with a smile, and are very eager to help you.

That was the kinda of service I received at Quik Trip #197, excellent customer service with a smile, and in a very professional environment. That's why I'm now a return customer at Quik Trip #197.

This is the best gas station in south KC! I've been coming here for years and it always has speedy pumps, great cashiers, and staff. Best Quik Trip!

Recently remodeled and it's just a great little convenience store. Unless you're there at a crazy busy time, it always seems clean and well staffed.

The best q trip in the city!! Absolutely excellent employees that can actually do math in their head! Very impressed. Keep it up and I'll keep coming in!!

What can't be said about this place, clean bathrooms, plenty of gas pumps, food and snacks,beer ,soda ,coffee, etc.

My favorite QuikTrip. Easy to get in and out (2 entrance/exits) and amazing staff. Always clean and well stocked.

As someone who is here nearly every day, I can tell you that 95% of the time this is the friendliest, fastest, most cleanly QTs you could go to.

Consistently fast, friendly and helpful. Love QT in general and this store in particular.
