We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm. Blake was welcoming and informative without any pressure or upsell nonsense. Once we had a fairly good idea of what we wanted, he was able to clarify differences and costs. Blake and his manager Jessie were delightful to visit with while the paperwork was efficiently handled. Fantastic!

I called first thing and they had what I needed, set it aside for me and helped me load it! Super friendly and polite! Plus I have an amazing mattress, first one I’ve ever had that wasn’t second hand so this was a big experience for me!

Had a wondering experience and bought 2 mattresses and frames from Rachel. Would definitely recommend the place for buying mattresses. There is a wide range of different types and prices. + free delivery is just a bonus!

Highly recommend shopping here. Rachel welcomed me as soon as I walked in. She asked what type of mattress I was looking for and directed me to all the firm options. I must have laid on 8-10 options before narrowing it down to 2 options for the husband to weigh in on.
Due to an emergency in our house we actually needed to buy two mattresses for our house. Rachel directed me to a discount mattress for my other purchase and gave me a discount if I bought both king and full mattress. She was very helpful in making sure I got the best deal possible on both purchases. During check out she even tried to find discount covers for us online.
The delivery crew was on time and we were texted when they were on their way. They helped get the mattresses in the house and were very professional.
All my friends suggested an "internet mattress" but I wouldn't buy something I couldn't try first. Been sleeping on our mattress for a month and totally love it. It's a Pressure Smart 2.0 Plush CalKing and we are in love with it.
We also bought a Posturepedic Hybrid for our son and his mattress is the perfect combo of firm yet plush.

Blake was amazing! We made the entire order over the phone and he was so helpful and had great information. He called multiple stores for us to get what we needed. He followed up to make sure that we got everything that we needed. Highly recommend.

I went into mattress firm to try out a few mattresses before buying one online. As I entered the store I was greeted by Hunter and he patiently went over multiple options and worked with me to find a mattress that met my needs. He was able to show me a mattress that was above my original price point and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Needless to say I ended up purchasing a better mattress than I originally wanted for the same price and got to forgo the hassle of buying and shipping a mattress online. I would recommend mattress firm in Bend to anyone looking to upgrade their current bed. Be sure to ask for Hunter, he was great!

Came in to look at getting a new mattress. Being a man who doesn’t know much about the mattress community, I had tremendous help from Blake. He clearly informed me on what would work best for my sleep habits, worked with me in a price range that wouldn’t hurt my account, and was very friendly. Some of the best costumer service I have received. If you have any mattress needs, Blake is your man. Highly recommend.

This place is magical! I really needed to buy a new king bed for my guest house & thought since there’s so many options now online, I’d be fine to join in the e-commerce party & just go that route. However, After an exhausting amount of time doing research online & about one too many headaches, options, & reviews read- I found myself with “paralysis by analysis” unable to decide which mattress would be best suited for my needs. Thank goodness I just so happened to be driving past this mattress firm location in bend! I took a swift uturn, mentally prepared myself in the parking lot for lots of upselling & annoying sales tactics then made my way inside the showroom for what I thought would be a nightmare sales scenario of too many options- all overpriced. I could not have been more wrong, nor more absolutely at ease & relieved!! Lillie greeted me upon entering, & was super genuine & polite. Never pushy, & didn’t start hovering like a helicopter in battle. She was (& is) in a word: AMAZING. I told her my conundrum & the size & comfort level I was looking for in a mattress, & she totally got it. She offered up a few great suggestions to try out - & they were all on sale. After feeling the differences in the fabrics, textures & level of firmness, I found the mattress that I needed for an excellent price point all in about 5-7 minutes. YES!!! I mean seriously- this place, along with Lillie- is a game changer! She offered up free delivery to my house within 2 days & the mattress even came with a free $499 adjustable base. So legit!!. Five stars
