Okay, so I have recently been introduced to the wide world of bourbon. So naturally, when I first tasted Buffalo Trace's Original Buorbon Whiskey and its Eagle Rare offerings, I wanted to aquire more of my own.

However, those who follow these brands know that it can be extremely hard to find these bottles available. The allocation per store here in the area we live in is slim and not quite meeting the demand.

Well, wouldn't you know, Total Wine not only had it on hand, but they had both. The staff member Paul, who helped me, was amazing!

This was both a great customer service experience but a change in business for me. I now know where to go to get my favorite bourbon!

So many options, absolutely love the crew, very knowledgeable on the options they have. Many samplers daily and a vast selection of cigars. Sign up for their membership and gain points when you buy. Can use the points for money off and benefits in the future. The only place I go for alcohol. I highly recommend stopping by.

I live a block away and was at the plaza so I thought I would check it out. They by far have an intense selection and variety of alcohol of all kinds and cigars as well. The staff also was most kind and helpful. It is a large and clean store.

What a well organized and staffed location! So many sampling today and all were purrfect. Everyone was pleasant and professional, friendly and helpful. Even the cashiers who were slammed were happy and cheerful. I definitely recommend shopping this location; they are all awesome!

Andrea was BEYOND helpful and knowledgeable regarding the wine selection. Her insight made me feel as if I was at a wine tasting . She was so kind and personable , it made my entire experience. I will definitely return to this location and if you’re in the area you should as well . Great Staff and Great selection!!!

Fabulous selection and reasonable prices. There are usually tastings to enjoy. I got top knotch customer service. I was looking for a gluten free beer and the employee showed me a whole section.

I am a club member and always find really good wines at reasonable prices. The variety of wines and spirits could not be better.

Awesome place with great prices. They have just about everything you can think of here. Very helpful staff and you'll need it because of how big the store is and the variety of their products. One stop shop for any alcohol beverages and mixers you might need. Also have curbside pickup. Now have hersey yuengling!

If ever you are looking for something this is the place. Prices are appropriate and selection is great. Love this place.

Popped in for the first time at the St Pete location looking for a blueberry liqueur.. The place is huge! Amazing, almost overwhelming, great variety. Just when I needed help, a sales rep showed up and asked me if she could help. She was very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, even offered me a tasting. Great customer service. And I left with 5 new, unique items for my home bar. Very happy to recommend the location.

Had a problem with a coupon, the manager of the store contact me to understand my situation, explained to me why it did not work, (my lack of understanding what qualified), and gave me a little something for my trouble, and asked for me to come back. I will. Nice personal service!

If you can't find what you're looking for all over town for that special wine, beer or cigars, this place is it. I've always found what I was looking for and even more, rare, exotic and unique beers, wines and liquors. Worth the trip to check it out.

As a visitor from Canada, this is easily the best store for wine, beer and liquor ive ever seen. The cigar selection is also excellent.

Wherever you got, Total Wine stores are always amazing. This location is no different and helps keeping their name and high standards. The wine selection is completely out of hand, and so is the hard liquor section. I was very surprised yet happy to see that they had an amazing selection of local products (mostly hoppy IPAs and fresh craft beers, but also great meads). It's so hard going into the store and not buying too much. I was able to get great recommendation on local meads that ended up being quite delicious.
