The staff is soo helpful! I told them that the best way to cook their buffalo wings was to cook the slime away. What do you know every time I go, their wings are looking well done, no slime!

I love the cashiers in late afternoon/early evenings. They r fun, kind & efficient. Good selections & clean store.

The customer service here is great!! Love the new items and perks as well!! I come almost everyday for the ice machine!!😬😎💖🙏🏽😂

I go to the 7-Eleven often. It is really close to my neighborhood so it is the go-to. My first experience however was not that great because I knowing that 2:00 a.m. is the cap for selling alcohol I got there at 1:00. The cooler was already locked which given the area is understandable however I should not be charged $10 in cash for the cashier to open the cooler because "I'm by myself. If you want it. It's a $10 charge for me to unlock it"
Haven't seen her since that day but I'm pretty sure she was collecting cash from customers and I know that's not policy.
I suggest you bring back the classical music playing at the store front. Or whatever genre of music your company seems annoying. I myself enjoyed it but unfortunately it did deter the panhandling from in front of the store. Since it has stopped playing they are back.
It's uncomfortable and makes it a unsafe ground in a neighborhood trying to be better .
Bring back the music.
