AT&T Store

Mr. Ali at the AT&T store, is definitely the man to see. He was amazing! He had infinite patience and showed us multiple options for each device we ordered. I left feeling very confident. Hurray, Mr.Ali.

Very helpful associates. Went above and beyond. I appreciate that they welcomed us to the store and helped us quickly even though the store was very busy with other customers. Polite and knowledgeable. Well managed location 👍

Mike was the best sales person I ever had at a At&t store. He had unlimited patience and knowledge. He always took his time and made me feel valued. I highly recommend this store.

Jon was fantastic. I came in looking to upgrade my 12, he was informative and truthful and didn't try ti upsell me. Explained all the differences between models, was patient, personable and kind.

He even had me record a video on my other phone of a step by step how to, for me to transfer the data from one to the other when I got home - super helpful.

He was a pleasure to be helped by. I will be telling everyone who has att in this area to go see him at this store.

Ali at AT&T was terrific in setting us up with new phones and service. He was very personable and made sure we were completely satisfied that our new phones were operating to our complete satisfaction. As Canadian Snowbirds we are really happy to have met Ali. Thanks Ali.

The AT&T staff at this location is by
far one of the BEST, with the BEST
being FENEL and AZAD(MGR.) I
visited this AT&T location very upset for the second time. FENEL with
assistance from AZAD and their passion for the customer experience, changed my mood. I have never experienced the willingness to help and ensurance for my satisfaction from any AT&T associate, like I did with these 2 associates. They both are truly assets to the AT&T company,
and Thanks to them I will not be terminating my relationship with AT&T no time soon.

The Manager Azad and sales associate Ketena provided an exemplary level of customer service. They both took the time to listen to our needs and provide feedback on what products would meet those needs. They were knowledgeable of their products and features. In addition, we walked in the store at a very busy time of the day and year with Christmas just a week away and there was no one waiting to be helped. Azad worked his floor like a true master. I choose this location over the one that is only 3-5 minutes from my house because the products may be the same at every store, but, in my opinion it’s the people that make the difference. A+ all around!!!

Thank you Virginia L. for taking the painstaking time to clean/remove apps from my 80 year old mother’s telephone. Your kindness and patience is appreciated - you didn’t have to do this 🩷🙏🏽. A loyal AT&T customer!

Had an excellent experience updating my 25 lines, 2 iPads and 2 watches. Really impressed with the services and multi-tasking from Ketena, Cindy, Agha & Clare. So happy to call this my favorite AT&T store.

This store is getting five stars because of Bernice. If it weren't for her, I would be disappointed but she was so helpful, attentive, and patient with me; she helped me every step of the way. I will be sending friends and family to the store and telling them to ask for Bernice.

Wonderful experience at AT&T. I rarely give praise when it comes to cellular providers, especially retail store visits. The person that made it wonderful is the representative from the Boynton/Gateway store named Ali. He is professional, courteous, and really knows his stuff, also has the patience of a saint.😊

My tech at the ATT store at Renaissance Commons was fantastic. His name was Alex. He immediately addressed my phone issue.
