What an amazing store! Cris, Lori and their staff are so very accommodating, warm and friendly! I have held several client appreciation parties there for my buyers and sellers! They make you feel like family! The wine selection is amazing and very tasty! You will not be disappointed!

Was going to painting with a twist and I forgot our wine home.
Searched online for somewhere to buy wine.. (a quality rhyme).
Try this place due to the location proximity to the paint place.
I was greeted very nice and professional and kind of a homey feel the store has wines from all over.
We drink Rieslings and I was used to the Publix large vineyard, wine companies cheap wine.
So I splurged I was assisted with everything she was very friendly. I’m horrible with names, so I forgot her name which I apologize..
The wine was an excellent choice that she referred. We got a nice bag that’s a cloth wine bag that holds six bottles of wine with a slotted compartment due to our anniversary. She was nice enough to give us a complimentary gift. I’m a true believer that you don’t drink wine and plastic cups, so I got nice crystal stemware. I signed up for her mailing list for the store and I will be visiting them again.
Customer service was fabulous Wine, Fabulous proximity to my location and, Fabulous.
So I would say overall, they are fabulous!

My husband and I experienced above and beyond customer service at this establishment! Our very first time walking in, we were treated rather poorly by a staff member. I reached out to Charlie, the manager, and informed her about our unpleasant experience. Charlie was swift to reply to my email, apologized profusely for the poor treatment we experienced, let me know she does not tolerate that whatsoever in her store and that she would be addressing that issue immediately. She invited us in to show us the true experience and gave us a lavish gift of 6 premium bottles of wine! She even gave us an extra beautifully decorated bottle of bubbly for our up coming anniversary, everything free of charge. We were very impressed by Charlie’s excellent customer service and how well she handled our grievance. Charlie let us know she wants her customers to be treated with the utmost kindness and respect and she won’t tolerate anything otherwise! Thank you Charlie for your wonderful service! We would absolutely recommend this place! We will return!

Great wines, good deals and knowledgeable staff. So much better than a big box wine store!

Great wine selection in a smaller, well designed space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitive prices with a family atmosphere. Great location on Gateway and Congress Ave.

If you like wine, and like trying new wines, you don’t want to miss this place. Huge selection in a smaller storefront in a highly accessible area.

Chrissy was amazing, great service and recommendations on wines I had never tried before. Good selection of wines from vineyards that are not as commercial as others.

They have a good selection of wine. The manager is very sweet. I come here for one of my favorite blueberry sparling wines and the manager is always very helpful from assisting me with I have my toddler with me she even helps me bring it to the car when I need an extra hand. They are good at suggesting other wines when you tell them what you like.

Great selection, great prices, and most importantly great staff!

EDIT : The company asked me to email them directly as a reply to the 2 star review. I emailed them the photos of pricing I had wrote down on all the wines as stated in original review. They replied with they were going to refund my card the difference between the "Premium" and the "Mystery" case. I changed the review to 5 stars to reflect their "Mystery case" as well as customer service. I will definitely only buy their Mystery cases in the future.

I went in today for their Black Friday special. Mystery case was $89.99 for their regular wine which they state is bottles ranging from $11.99 - $19.99 this you could get in all red, or mixed with 6 white and 6 red. Might have been able to get a whole case of White but I did not ask.

They also had a "Premium" mixed Mystery case all Red for $149.99 and their wines are supposed to cost from $20.99 - $34.99. The lady said this is an amazing case and there can be bottles that cost $100 in there.

Asking "is it really worth it?" and decided to go for a case of each. I asked if they had any other "Must buys" and they had some 1.5 litter bottles for 60% off. Wow great deal. I buy one of them and on my way home.

When I got home I was just curious so I started googling the pricing of the wines. The regular wines ranged from $11.89 up to $19.99 and the cost of the $89.00 mystery case using online pricing was $180.04 and an average of $15.00 a bottle! That was a GREAT deal.

Then I get to the "Premium" case and I found one online for $8.98 another for $14.99 and yet another for $12.00 I found this disturbing. So I called and asked for pricing The one I found online for $8.98 they had for $21.66 with 30% off ($15.16) or if I bought a case it would be 50% off ($10.83) so I add up the costs to buy their "Premium" box elsewhere and it would have been $215.88 and the average cost per bottle was only $17.99. Much better off with just the average "Mystery" case for $89.00!

I am calling them now to see if I can exchange the "Premium" for the "Regular" Jill answered the phone and put me on hold and said normally they don't but they will this time, however, I live up in Wellington and its 3pm on a Friday, not really worth the drive and traffic.

Also these cases used to be $59 and $69 a few years ago and they would be crazy busy and sold out before 11am. I was the only customer in the store when I went and asked about increased pricing she said "Covid"

We got a Groupon for this store and was pleasantly surprised when we redeemed it. The proprietors were so very helpful in finding wines to pair with up coming dinners. Very professional, nice people not to mention the fact that you can sample wine before you buy. Highly recommend stopping in once you do you'll return! We have been here many times and have never been disappointed with the price, the wine or the service. Great place.

Fantastic service, nice people, great wines and great prices. We purchase their Black Friday bundle special every year.
