Game X Change

Very nice people and well versed in some games. I went to buy Assasins Creed for my 7 year old son and the worker picked up that it was for him, and informed me about the explicit content in there and suggested another game. I wouldn't have known and I forgot to read the mature rating on it. Saved me from having to explain things to my son lol

I love this place so much, i come here quite often for anime merchandize and its safe to say this is my favorite place to go for it, the people are always nice and helpful

Had purchased a game yesterday that didn't work, went back today and forgot my receipt the guys looked up my purchase and replaced my son's game. Very professional and courteous and above all very knowledgeable of the products and upcoming gaming system. I will be returning

Great place to find classic games. They also have a really good used DVD and Blu-ray selection. Everything comes with a 90 day return policy, so you can get a refund if it's broken.

I was completely blown away by the service I experienced today at game xchange in Ruston. I'm very new to game xchange but I have such low expectations for customer service just from the low quality from this generational workforce from previous experiences elsewhere. I really wanted the original cartoon of jungle book and was ecstatic when I found it but was disappointed when I got home only to realize it started skipping during the previews. I took it back in, not having a clue how I was fixing to get treated about trying to return it. I was so surprised when I told the employee that all the other ones I bought worked perfectly but this is the only one that didn't and I was sad because I really wanted this one out of all the ones I had gotten. He cleaned it and tried it in the store and it still skipped during the previews. He then took it upon himself to call several other stores until he tracked one down in bossier City! I'm elated and I have to say that I was so surprised that he went those extra steps to help me find what I was wanted....awesome experience....customer for life!!!!

Great place to get new and old video games at the best price. You should go here before going to GameStop. This store offers better trade ins and much lower prices on games and equipment

Always helpful, quick to gather games and consoles when you make a purchase. I like dropping by just to see what has arrived. Great deals on older consoles like Wii and playstation.
