Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ruston, LA

The price was reasonable. The room was clean but the refrigerator did not work. They were willing to move me to another room but I declined since I was only there for one night. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

It was nice all the way around. The room was great. We had a double queen suite. Pull out couch and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was sausage patties, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits and gravy. There was an assortment of cereal and yogurt. Coffee and four different juices. Staff was very polite. Nakeisha checked us in with a smile and a happy attitude.

The best hotel we've stayed out on our journey from Washington state to Florida! Very nice front desk lady! Pet friendly and there's a good bit of grass for the doggies (if only dog owners would be responsible and pick up after their dogs) to use the bathroom. Beds are comfy, great selection on TV. Our room was right down from the washer and dryers which was really nice when you're traveling long distance. Convenient location right off highway with food and gas near! I can't say anything bad about the hotel!

Very nice place to stay! The front counter lady was very nice. They have a restaurant on property so after a long day of driving we didn’t have to drive somewhere else to get a bite to eat.The bartender was very nice also. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was by far one of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time. I booked via OnStar and got a rate much cheaper than their advertised price.
*The staff-- I checked in around midnight and the very sharply dressed gentleman (Donovan) working the desk was super sweet. It was always "yes ma'am" to everything. He even noticed I was at my car for some time and came out to see if I needed help. Every time I walked through he jumped up to see if I needed anything. Gave me a spoon so I could eat my yogurt and even gave me some more from the fridge. I didn't do breakfast as I slept in but the nice lady at the desk, De'Erika, gave me more yogurt and a banana that I asked for. She was also very nice as well as the housekeepers who addressed me kindly.
*The rooms were awesome. (Was told they are being renovated) but as far as my room I didn't see a need for it but I guess there is always room for upgrades. Bed was nicely made and clean, not to mention very comfortable. Bathrooms, desks, tables, were clean and I didn't notice any dust on them.
I have no complaints and will be staying there when I pass through again.

I had a single bed room during my two night stay. The room was very large and well priced for the comfort of the bed and the other amenities. The one problem I had was that since I was on a bottom floor room close to the front desk, the room cleaning people tried to come to the room before 9 o'clock when I was still getting ready to go out for the day. It wasn't a big deal as they only knocked but I thought it was strange to have them come so early.

Our stay was very good. It was a nice room. Paula at the front desk was very accommodating. Customer service was awesome.. Next time we travel we will definitely stop there.

We had a great experience. We called ahead and arrived late. They had everything waiting and ready at the desk. The room was clean and we were able to rea$onably bring our 2 dogs. Breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again!

Very clean and nice hotel. First stay at Country Inn for us. We particularly liked the bedding as there was no heavy comforter or spread and the bathroom was immaculate. Husband very impressed with breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of lady over seeing it. Extra kudos to Waylon on the desk. He exemplifys excellence in customer service and went the extra mile to build our loyalty to Country Inns as we travel the country!

Very polite staff, the young woman on night check was so pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate and looked nicer than I expected for how cheap it was. I would definitely stay here a again.

It is clean and well maintained.... the front desk clerk was very friendly and let us know we were welcome no matter how bad a day we had. Water was hot for showers and very appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located off I20. The lady who checked us in was very sweet. The room was very clean. Pet Friendly!! Ruston, LA is a nice town. Lots of places to eat. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff. Had a wonderful experience getting a room especially for a middle of the night check-in. Good breakfast, highly suggest the cinnamon rolls. Comfy beds, clean room, (extra kudos that it was clean smoking allowed room). Thanks guys :) I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again.

So I read the reviews and decided to stay here on my trip from GA to TX. What a great hotel. The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, staff were nice, and no complaints. I went out of my way to stay here vice another hotel cause of the ratings. Don't regret it one bit.

We were worried because we had a trailer towing our car and our things in the bed of our truck but everything was fine the next morning. Very safe hotel. Awesome staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good!

While I didn't stay here a large part of my family did. The rooms I saw were well done and the front desk personnel were nice and accommodating to our large family. Would recommend this hotel.

Mr. Christian & Miss Laura have been two of the best helps each time we have stayed at Country Inn & Suites while my Aunt was relocating to Rustin. They have gone above and beyond to help. Both are valuable employees.
