AT&T Store

The service I received at the Ruston AT&T store was excellent! Shanitra was friendly & persistent in resolving my issue. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and personable representative to assist me. Hopefully, I won't require additional assistance in the future, but if I do - she's the rep that I'll wait on.

It's a very slow process, never think you'll be in and out. When they do get to you they are very helpful.

Honestly I have absolutely no complaints. I had a great experience over. Every one was very helpful and knowledgeable. They did there best to please us. Only reason it took 10-15 minutes for them to help me was because everyone had a customer but we were patient and understanding. Thank you for the great service.

The manager, Jasmine, greeted us as soon we walked in the store and signed us in. We browsed while waited for a store rep to become available which was only about 5 to 10 minutes. The store rep, Jasmine, was kind and helpful. She answered all of questions and was able to help us. She ordered the phones we asked for, added a line for our son, and also offer us a deal on a Hotspot for our home that we couldn't refuse. All 3 of our phones will be shipped to our home and we will return to the store to have everything switched over. We couldn't be happier with our service.

The Ruston store off the service road is an amazing store to go too. They have very friendly people and are very prompt to help.

Spent 3hrs in a mixture of online with AT&T app, and talking to Reps on the phone trying to order a new hotspot. Kept following there instructions, trying to order a new device for curbside pickup at this location. Each time it got canceled, each time there was a different issue. Long story short I decided to go to the store direct. Was first greeted by an very personable lady, who as she was registering me, she informed of all the information I needed and advised me on critical information on my data plan. Had about a 15 min wait, which I think is extremely good considering I had arrived around 5pm. I didn’t pay attention his name tag but my receipt says TAJARRIUS B. I want to give a special thanks to him. Not only did he he get me took care in all of 10mins, he also spoke to me in casual way to make sure all my needs were met, and made me aware of other AT&T products I might enjoy. Overall it was a extremely enjoyable experience, not once did I feel like just a number in the line. My best advice to AT&T is keep your brick and mortar stores open. Even with drive time it is far superior to the online store or going through the phone. Also as someone who has lead a team in a competitive sales business, take care of this group In the Ruston. They are top notch!

My service at the AT&T branch in Ruston, Louisiana. Was very nice and their customer service was very polite. They made my transition very enjoyable and easy. Thank you ladies you all have a life long customer now.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by an energetic young woman. Although she was friendly, she stayed focused. She was thorough and sure not to miss anything. She suggested products but explored discounts that might be available. Excellent service and her supervisor was also friendly and helpful.

Today, (9/3/15) the manager on duty, Jason went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with my phone protector. His customer service skills are wonderful; he is a great asset to this company. I truly admired his candor and will definitely be back to this establishment. Keep this gentleman around, because he is a wonderful problem solver. He approached me with a smile on his face, and one can tell that he enjoys his job. Visited the store today to upgrade my phone. Was waited on and received excellent help from Aezia. She was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable on what she was doing, although her manager a very young girl came by the table multiple times making the rest of my visit awkwardly strange.

The entire staff was extremely friendly. They greeted you when you walked through the door and were very quick to assist you. My sales rep was Krystal and she was the best! She was so friendly and very helpful. I was setting up a new account, which took a little while, but when you have a good employee helping you, it makes all the difference! Best experience I've had at AT&T!

The sales representative Jasmine was awesome. Did a great job getting our new phone, and she even smart switched it for my wife. They ought to give her a promotion.

Evan was very helpful with what we needed to complete purchase. He completed process started the day prior after Nori started it. I was very pleased with store and staff.

I went to get my bill lowered. The lady was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The lady I was talking to lowered my bill and talked over options and lowered my bill as I requested. I am very pleased with this store. I called for appointment first though. It Only took one mintute to set it up online. When I went in, I waited 5 or less minutes. Wouldn't go to any other store
