Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ruston

Thank God for hotels like this one, with great people, hot coffee, and always amazing breakfast. My son and I were stuck in town for a few days and the locals took care of our every need. Our hotel staff was beyond accommodating & the Fairfield has a great indoor pool with a bubbly whirlpool! Theres also a cow farm next door and we had a great time walking a natural trail nearby. Thanks Ms. Morgan, Mr. Stacy, Ms. Jay and the amazing cook who smiles unconditionally! Book your next Ruston stay here and you won't regret it.

We had a 26ft uhaul pulling a vw beetle and it was easy to get in to park. Front desk was extremely helpful and Courteous. Breakfast was delicious hot and cold available. Thank you Austin, Morgan and everyone I might have forgot names I'm sorry but Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy breezy :) 10/10 recommend to family and friends

Great location right off hwy. Just need to find the right turn or you might end up back on hwy20 like I did. Large room and great breakfast. We appreciated all the hand sanitizer around the lobby and breakfast!

Recently became a Marriott member and it was my first time staying. Staff was immensely helpful, and the rooms were very clean!

Great place to stop, with one caveat. The entrance is past the highway entrance, so just go past it to the next turn lane a little bit. The staff was very friendly, rooms are clean, and this will be on our “best stop” list on our drives from NC to Texas.

I must say so far I am very impressed from the wonderful warm welcome to the fabulous room. Lovely to see the recent improvements. I will be making notes of names of any team members that go the extra mile during my stay.

My 1st time to stay and I loved it. It was fresh and clean. Staff was great. Very helpful. Had a great time ( pool ) and I slept like a baby and that means alot. Definitely would stay there again.

Really nice experience..Big room, great WiFi, close to the interstate, comfortable bed, and really nice front desk staff. Only negative thing is the fact they have a soft water system… don’t know why hotels do that.. maybe it was just me but I would definitely go back.

Perfect location right off I20. Courteous staff, great breakfast, and clean room.

Tried to get a room after 30 hours of driving.
Online it says it has rooms available. I called before going and no answer. Once I arrived staff states they have no rooms. When online it shows 10 rooms available. I guess if your tired you can’t just walk in for a room anymore. Thank goodness I didn’t purchase the room online. Because staff said the system was shut down for the night. Really unheard of.

This hotel states 2 stars overall. But I completely disagree. When we walked in the staff were warm and welcoming, by far the smoothest transaction I've had a hotel. The 2 queen room is spacious and also came with a pullout couch. It's very clean and organized well. The bathrooms have full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, completely eliminating the hassle with travel sized bottles! Over all an amazing place and deserves more recognition.

This place was great. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. They had an excellent breakfast. The eggs were great and they also had cheese omelets, ham, Turkey sausage, and fresh fruit. Only downside is the toaster was pretty worn out and didn't do much in the way of toasting

Great atmosphere, great service. Would recommend this hotel to stay at when you need a place to feel safe and comfortable for a great night sleep. The only down side hear traffic on interstate. But, they do give you ear plugs in your room that make it a great stay. 👍

Okay, we're pretty sure we found where the missing rhinos and elephants from Africa are and that they are getting plenty of exercise. They were in the room above us (we were 205). However, they did finally go to sleep. Staff was friendly. Room was sparkling clean. Beds and pillows were awesome. Still have grab and go breakfast. We'd stay here again.

King Suite was awesome. Our power was out due to the storm, I had booked online and my reservations did not show up. It was graduation weekend and I just knew I'd not get a room. But guest service was amazing and even gave me an upgrade. Breakfast was wonderful. I have zero complaints. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was during Winter Storm Uri of Feb, 2021, and the staff at Fairfield Inn was fantastic. Not only did they make accommodations for people whose travel plans were interrupted by the road closures, they gave updates on available food and service options in the area and even provided hot meals for guests. Many on the staff stayed at the hotel instead of returning to their homes to ensure we had a comfortable and positive experience. Words fail to express our appreciation for this experience. "Exceeds Expectations" is absolutely true.

Nice place to stop and rest for the night traveling. Staff is very friendly. Called to grab extra towels and they came right away. Download the bonvoy mobile app and use your phone as the key to go straight to your room. Clean rooms.

This was my second stay at this particular Fairfield Inn and I will be back!. It was a pleasant and refreshing stay. Despite the cable TV not working, the beds very comfortable, the water was hot (and soft), and staff adhered to wearing masks. Amenities were limited because of Covid-19 but they did offer prepackaged muffins, danishes, and coffee. Great place to stay!
