Brian has to be one of the most kindest people ever! He is the owner of this location and he is truly a blessing. I watch him interact with customers as I wait in line and he is so patient and kind to everyone. My brother passed away and I had about 20+ envelopes to send out and Brian was so sweet to tell me to give them to him and he will get them out and suggested that I got home and get some rest and not stress and that he will take care of it. That’s exactly what he did. He was such a blessing to me. I have always had good service with this location.

My husband and I have used this ups for YEARS! It is our go to for one reason. Before and after the pandemic the incredible service has never changed. My husband is a professional wrestler and have tons of deadlines that are time sensitive and BRIAN always comes through!
Every business needs a Brian in charge and I think the world would run a lot smoother. He pays attention to detail and always goes above and beyond to show his customers they are valued and we value him!

The best UPS store around. They make it convenient, quick and easy. The whole staff is nice and provides great customer service.

I go out of my way to go to this location every time I have shipping/Amazon return needs. Every staff member I’ve met was helpful. When I have come in unprepared, they have helped me finish packaging and prepared to ship. I love this store!

Brian goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Even owning things that aren’t his fault and he has no control over. We have had a box there for several years. I refuse to have anything delivered to the house because USPS is horrible over the last few years. I ordered something off Amazon last weekend. It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. And at 2:55pm I received the notification from Amazon that it had been delivered. Sent my husband to the ups store to pick it up nothing. They searched every package in the store. They also mentioned that when things were coming from USPS to them that sometimes it’ll show delivered but they don’t actually receive it for a couple of days. I wasn’t understanding that. If it’s scanned delivered then it should be right?! Wrong. Hubby went to USPS the next day. They told him since it was showing delivered on their end it was out of their hands. I called the UPS store and at this point very frustrated because no one was trying to help just passing blame at this point. Brian did everything he could to make it right - and then wouldn’t you know the next day it gets delivered and I get an updated delivery notification from Amazon and usps but no explanation or ownership as to why. Thanks Brian for making it right and making an unhappy customer happy no matter what it took!

The Cashier Rhonda was highly professional and attended to my request without delay.

I had a lot of packages to ship, and honestly, some of the shipments I had to make were a little complicated. But the woman helping me was super accommodating, kind, and overall just really easy to work with. She made a trip that I expected to be stressful, to actually be very positive.

The staff here was super helpful with us today and gave us a well more than a fair deal, generous actually, for our packing and shipping of some items.

Really appreciated all the extra care and attention that went into things to ensure a safe arrival of the fragile items we shipped.

This store is great! Had about 100 pounds of shredding. One of the employees helped me carry it all in. He and the owner were very nice and efficient. For those complaining about rude employees, I did not have that experience so maybe it is a different crowd there now. For those of you complaining about prices, this is a small business, a franchise that has an owner. NOT a corporate business as UPS is, and NOT the post office. They are trying to make a living like everyone else. Try mailing packages at the PO and see if you get the same level of help and care and guarantees that you do from a UPS Store.

I've visited this store for work and personal and the employees have wowed me every time! They work incredibly hard and make sure my packages get delivered in a timely, safe manner. I've had the pleasure of working with Samantha almost every time I've visited and she is a top employee! Personable, hard working, efficient.

I was shipping two spinning wheels, (quite oddly shaped and heavy) and he took the time to go ahead and package them himself. He even gave me 60+ dollar discount on shipping and the price of the boxes. The facebook reviews are right, Bryan and his current employees are excellent.

I brought in pretty much everything I own to be shipped to my next residence on the other side of the country. The whole process was rather daunting but having Bryan's help made everything so much easier and less stressful. The store made sure the packages arrived safely and in one piece - for that I will always be very grateful. His personable attitude and care for customers made the process much easier and less stressful than expected.

I recently purchased a rare turntable off of eBay and it was shipped by this location. To say I was nervous about it getting here unscathed, is an understatement. Had one thing gone wrong, or been packed improperly, it would have ruined the whole purchase. I have never seen a better packing job. It was flawless. They separated the shipment into three packages, boxed over the original item box, used air pack, tape. and bubble wrap on each item, and made sure nothing would shift during transport. I called the owner, Brian, to thank him. He genuinely cared that the item arrived in good condition. If you need to ship anything, and you care about what it is, and how it arrives, this is the place to go. Thanks, Brian!

I have been shipping with this store for my small business and personal shipping needs for the last 5 years. Brian the owner is fantastic to work with and helps me find the best shipping option for each of my packages. He always goes above and beyond and it has truly helped me run my business smoothly.

This is my third time in this store and every single time I’ve had a different person give me amazing service!!! Almost to the point that I left surprised every single time.
