The store is clean and very inviting. It also has a wide variety of goods for people within the hobbies. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Great local card shop! Local events occur regularly with good turnout most days. There is a station set up where you can dig through a huge collection of cards, new and old, and pick out what you want to buy. And of course, they sell sealed product and accessories.

They have great prices and selection (I found any mtg product I asked for and my fiancé loves the squishmellows), the staff is helpful, Dylan in particular answered many of my questions for someone returning to the scene after years absence. Will be attending their commander nights and would definitely suggest this place.

Great place for Playing "Age of Sigmar" today. Pickup games of "Magic the Gathering" were also going on all day.

I attended a Magic the Gathering Prerelease event there last night, and the store was clean, well-lit, and pleasant overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the event went smoothly, and they even sanitized the tables after use. It was a really good experience!

Great place to go if you like card games! My son and I went a few weeks back. Everyone their was really nice, both the employees and customers. A few of the guys helped my son build his deck and a few of its Patreon gave him cards and one even gave him a deck. Really nice people great place to go and it's clean. Oh and they hold tournaments for the card games they sell. You should really go take a look if your in to things like that or if your kids are, plus the prices are great. Hope this was helpful we really need to help keep our local places going.

Staff here at Turn 1 is absolutely the best! Each and every person is always so kind when I stop in. Even if I don’t *really* need anything I usually get a pack of cards just to support them. Turn 1 is a positive, great place for any card or table top game player of any age. :)

Great shop with friendly staff that will gladly help you with anything you need. lots of play space so you can sit down and play whatever you'd like. Nice events as well, both store and community driven. I Always recommend finding a friendly local game store to play at, and this one is it for me.

Fairest place around for both buying and selling all your Pokemon and Magic singles. They have a great selection of all the products you need for those games and they also carry Warhammer products with great discounts as well as video games and accessories. The staff was knowledgeable about their products, incredibly friendly, and host weekly tournaments!

Turn 1 gaming is by far the best card shop in east TN. Great prices, and a terrific staff (especially Travis) makes the store a joy to visit. I play magic the gathering and they've always hooked me up with great offers too good to pass up.

If you don’t believe me go down and check it out for yourself! Very knowledgeable employees that also play the game with you, not just running a shop to make a quick buck, they actually enjoy playing the games as well. They have magic, Pokémon, yugioh, D&D. This place is awesome. I hope you will come and join the family because that’s what it feels like there. Go inside and talk to the owners Tim and English and get to know them, they are great people.

The staff is amazing and are willing to pull cards (unlike CM Games who now only take preorders and online orders😤😡). When I need to finish building a magic deck on the spot this where I go!!
