Love coming here. Very friendly staff and everything is so clean. They have a really nice array of cards, collectibles, jewelry and things for baby and kids. Also have seasonal gifts. Really nice to just look around. Has really great chocolates. My downfall, dark chocolate. Reasonable prices.

Based on my experiences here, I have no complaints overall. I've been provided good customer service from the employees. The store is organized and clean. No issues have arisen. Would recommend this spot and would return again.

I love this store because when you walk in you are greeted right away with a smiling employee. This store is beautifully decorated. It has so many choices of gifts. You can find Snoopy and the gang, Star Wars, ornaments, snow globes, Vera Bradley items and so much more! Customers can spend hours in here looking and finding such wonderful treasures. I highly recommend this store!

Shop with all the usual hallmark gifts. The staff here are moderately friendly. The location is pretty nice and the parking is typically plentiful. We get our cards here and the occasional unique small gift. Sign up for their program and you benefit from discounts emailed to you and a free Birthday gift.

I love any Hallmark, their cards and movies are just so beautiful. I was so spoiled living across the street from a Hallmark store in SJ, CA. It was my favorite place for one stop shopping for Christmas. Today a older gentleman came in for a specific birthday card for a 50 yr old. He was escorted to the area where those types of cards were. He received one-on-one attention from the staff, happy, personal helpful service, and I noticed.

Love Hallmark in general❗. The personnel here are very friendly and helpful. I miss my friends at the Federal Way store, but thrilled to find a great one near my new home.

Rita is the best. She has been helping me at this store for years. Always friendly and they welcome my service dog on every visit.

These ladies are awesome. We've bought a ton of the Itty Bittys and they even call me when the new ones come in :). Very fun place but a lot of trouble if you have girls like I do.
