My Chicago Walgreens dropped the ball on filling a much needed prescription, and the other Chicago locations didn't even bother to answer the phone. Called the Gary location and the pharmacist took charge right away. The pharmacist verified the medication was in stock and, even though I wasn't a regular customer at the location, had it filled in no time at all. The young lady that was the pharmacy tech at the drive-thru window was extremely patient and courteous even though there was a busy line of cars. Walgreens should be happy they have great staff at this location who represent the company well.

Line moved rather slow.
All in all cashiers were polite, knowledgible, professional and courteous. JUST MOVED TO SLOW PROCESSING PATRONS PURCHASES.

First time here at the pharmacy the lady was super nice and the Pharmacist gentleman answered all my questions 😀 5 stars for the both of you!

I had to stop in today and get some directions on how to get home because my phone service was shut off. There was an extremely helpful associate who was stocking (i didn't think to get her name) and she let me use her phone to get directions on how to get home. Super thoughtful, and if you see this thank you again!

Best Walgreens I've been to in a while. The cosmetics person (Bernice, I think) was awesome on helping me choose the correct makeup. Will definitely visit again

Please keep the 25th & Grant Walgreens in our neighborhood of Gary, Indiana. With so many other Walgreens closing up around the Gary, Portage and other areas of Indiana. It is making it harder and harder for the Walgreens customers to be accommodated if these local locations keep closing down. Please keep this Walgreens store in our city for many many more years to come.

I love this store haven't been in the store in awhile but I like the new store I need to go to the store and do some shopping and check on my daughter's meds

People there are very nice, always clean and has what I need. Love it.

Better choices than most small convenience stores and gas stations.

Walgreens is expensive, but has the health and beauty items I need and use.
