Parson's General Store

I love this store! I've been shopping here for 20+ years. So many unique gifts, home decor, candy, and a great way to spend an hour checking out every nook and cranny. The prices are even better than the great finds. Parson's should be in a 10+ stars category.

Went here to pick up some saltwater taffy to bring home. So cute and the employees were helpful and kind. Large selection of gift shop items including Parson’s labeled pickled vegetables and sweets (chocolate, toffee, etc). Lovely

This is one of my favorite stores! I love the soaps. They also offer a huge variety of items for unique gifts, as well as all kinds of candy. The Christmas room is full of beautiful items and you can’t help but feel the holiday spirit while in that room no matter what time of year it is. Reasonable prices are another reason this is one of my favorite stores to stop in, impulse buying is very easy here.

I LOVE coming in this store! Come every year that we visit the crystal coast for vacation. It's a wonderful litte shop that everyone can have fun browsing. I love the nostalgic feel and cool items they have for sale

We love coming here when we are in town. Coolest selection of old toys, new crafts, home made canned goods, and desserts. Must stop when in the area! P.S. Dill pickle hot sauce is the best!

This is one of the coolest general stores I've been in. Great items - local crafts, "old" candy (you know, like Necco wafters and black licorice), and other treats. Prices were super reasonable and we can't wait to go back!

This store is so cute! The prices are fair and there is so much to look at. The shop keeper is very kind and helpful as well. When we checked out, she made sure to package everything glass safely and securely. She handled all the goods with care. I really appreciated her kindness! The taffy selection is small, but so good! Here you will find things unlike anywhere else I've seen around tselections! I found the perfect gift for my brother and couldn't be happier with my selctions!

Outstanding place. I love going there. It's like going back in time, all the old fashion candies, ice cream, sodas, jars of fruit or veggies, jars of honey, gifts of all types, games, hard to find items, ETC. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Always a great time shopping there..

Lovely shop. We were welcomed in, even though they were closing. I found many items to buy as souvenirs and gifts, such as coasters, Christmas ornaments, decorative pillow, etc. My youngest son, (the prankster), found a whole section of items to play pranks on his family, such as a Whoopi’s cushion, shocking pen, rubber band gun, etc. The next day, we went back and found more items, as well as had some of the delicious ice cream! Great store!

Adorable & fun novelty items. Had fun walking through this cute store. Gag joke items the kids will love and household items,soaps,candies or a house warming gift can be found here. Nice friendly owner let us roam freely looking.

One of my favorite places in Morehead City! Jill is delightful and carries a wide variety of products! A great place to get a scoop or two of Hershey's ice cream, shop for that perfect gift, and enjoy a game of checkers on the front porch!
