This store is Great! Jamey was our go to girl . Jamey showed us how to do our returns because we never did it before Jamey was very patient and showed us everything we needed to do I give her 10 Stars check out this UPS store it's very well worth it Jamey is a great employee and she should get rewarded for that she is a great employee. 👍😊

I came in today lost and confused trying to return some Amazon items but Christopher was very nice and helpful not getting impatient with me. I began to get nervous because I was holding up the line but all the staff who were present were helpful as well, they were working fast in getting everyone the help they needed quickly. The time I spent there I saw people going in and out. Thank you all!

Excellent store !! Brian;, Jamey and Charles (driver) packaged a very expensive computer. Brian and Jamey did and exceptional job of packaging and Charles was very helpful to be sure the package got out for delivery that day. These are exceptional people to work with !!

Printing! I can not speak highly enough of the UPS Store 5031 on Talbert in Lexington, NC. Of course they are great for shipping, but where they unexpectedly excel is in printing. I've used them twice for printing wedding invitations and wedding programs that I created myself. The tricky part is knowing it will look ok once printed since I'm not using a template and my stationery was not a standard size. Both times, they worked with me by printing a sample, helping me adjust my file where needed, printing more samples if needed, and then printing the final product once I was happy. They have always been extremely patient with me and knowledgeable with technology and design. I worked with Christopher twice and he is spectacular. This last time I worked with both Christopher and Caroline, who was just as wonderful. If you've never used them for printing, you should!

UPS denied my dispute for a damaged package of wine bottles. They said if they’re not broken, they’re acceptable - even though 2 of the bottles are leaking and all have cap damage. Clearly they can’t be used as the gifts they were intended for.

Amy of the Lexington, NC UPS office disagreed and was understanding / gracious / professional and decided they would stand behind their ship and pack guarantee. She is refunding me the full value assigned to this package.

Thank you Amy for doing the right thing!!!

She is what customer service is supposed to be. Working with a customer to resolve a problem - not closing the door to any resolution process.

I had a package shipped from NC to ME with delivery on 2-17 containing 17 bottles of wine. Inspectors said 10 bottles were fine. Two of these 10 bottles were leaking. NC store disputed these two leaking bottles. My niece picked up these 8 bottles. Remaining 8 bottles had crushed-bent tops. I disputed these 8 bottles. These bottles were purchased as gifts - in their condition they cannot be given as gifts.

Declared value was $300

Shipping cost was $139.81

Claim was initially approved for only 7 bottles and the shipping cost. I have no idea how the inspector could possibly say the remaining 10 bottles were acceptable.

I am being told claim resolution can be as much as 6 months. I was given customer service number that won’t transfer me to a rep then disconnects.

I sent all this info to UPS via FB a message asking if someone please help me resolve this so I can get my money back?

Thus happened on 2-17. Today is 2-22.

I had the most humbles experience with customer service today. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing but Ms Brittany made things so much easier. Walked me thru what I'm supposed to do and how things are supposed to be. All in all it was a very welcoming experience and I'm realty grateful to have had her help.

Your representative September is fabulous. She was working a busy Monday morning all by herself. She handled the crowd professionally and tactfully. She was able to handle over a half dozen customers in minutes. Some mailing packages, some returning packages and she also notarized documents. While quickly helping customers she was also able to show them how to use the self service area so in the future they could use it themselves. I told her if I had to do what she was doing my head would explode. You should be proud to have September working for The UPS Store. Gerard

Does not find this kind of Customer Service often. They go above and beyond

The employees were extremely helpful in helping me return 3 items from Amazon that arrived in one box (I know you think it'd be easy, but it was not)! If I could give the 3 different employees separate ratings, I'd give them all 10☆'s!! Now that I know all the services The UPS store offers, I will be a repeat customer at least 3 times a week!!!! Great location with great people honestly! I had to ship 3 very expensive and large items from NC ago CO. September helped me through the process and I couldn’t be happier. She was very helpful with getting things packed into Their appropriate packages. Was honest, helpful, and lovely to work with. Definitely be back to this location for any of my shipping needs.

I just had the store package and ship a handmade urn for me. It arrived in perfect condition - TRIPLE wrapped! That you for taking such great care of a precious heirloom!

My husband and I came in to have our fingerprints done. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The manager Chris was especially helpful and very nice! We will certainly be doing business here in the future.
