Save A Lot

I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. 😊 I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!

Going shopping here in the morning when they first open up the store is much better.its less traffic,more food and quicker exits after u buy food!!!💪🏾

I only had $25.00 to shop with. My bill came up to $28.51. The cashier put in $3.51. I forgot the bread and a young women paid for it .99 cents which I really appreciate! I quit my second job which allowed me to have a paycheck coming in every week. When I was receiving a weekly paycheck I was generous to some people in need. I guess this is one of my many blessings from good hearted people! God is good! Yes he is! I know with all my resumes out a part-time job is coming my way soon!

Save-A-Lot store on Kinsman Road have remodeled the whole store and I have a young lady whose black it's the manager during the day she's very professional and always Pleasant to the customer and if you have any question are you needing anything that you can't find she always take time to assist a customer thank you for a brand new store and nice employee that work at Save-A-Lot on Kinsman thank you thank you thank you

I like this store because it's not far from my home. Today's experience was great. I managed to get almost everything that I could remember to buy and was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I didn't even have to wait in any long lines.

Staff are very nice, courteous & helpful place is clean, produce section looks great, fully stock they got it together at this location good job, keep up the good work

The store is great. I got there early enough that it wasn't crowded and saved money on the wings. The steaks that were on sale wasn't out for me to purchase so I have to go back later.

Well my receipt showed the wrong ebt balance after buying so I believe somone from family dollar is try to rob me I just starting using ebt at family dollar more than usaul and a save a lot reciept disappeared from my last shopping trip the balance is more than I 2$ more than what I begin with on that trip I think family dollar trying to rob me save a lot 5 stars

After finding nothing on the shelves at another save a lot. This one was well stocked and the staff was on point. In and out even though they had more customers at this location.

Convient,low prices but there were no shopping carts they need shopping carts we had to use our grocery bags to shop 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼

They are fully stopped and they have more than one line open in the food is freshly in the store so everything is fresh and good get up there and get you meet while you can why they got them

Checkout was extremely fast and trouble free, the prices are good on many items, and this location was perfect for where I live, an absolutely positive experience.
