I’m a dancer and struggle to find the cute box set outfits and omg this store has the best ones out of any other store nearby and the staff is super sweet helpful and funny. If you haven’t gone before I definitely recommend <3

We went in last night close to midnight Selena helped us she was amazing she walked around with us, answered every question we had she was amazing. She didn't make us feel bad when things were out of budget just showed alternatives that were more cost friendly. She let us feel everything and brought out testers. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else she's amazing definitely deserves a raise or reward something.

I went in yesterday with my husband and our friend we had the best service! I believe the lady helping us was a lady named Leeann she made us feel very comfortable and we laughed the entire time we were there. Will definitely be back soon.

love this place good selection of items and employees are always friendly and polite, have bought several toys and lingerie here....just wish they larger sized shoes

I am very thankful for the wonderful service that I received from Maya at the Forest Hill location. She was helpful, informative, and truly made me feel comfortable with my purchase. My experience as a near bi monthly customer:
I won't EVER go anywhere else as long as these doors are open. I've come to know these girls over the years and absolutely love them. When you go(during the day) your most likely to run into Ina, Lowe, or my personal favorite Lisa. All three welcome you in their own way. One with attitude that if typed on paper would sound almost rude but the delivery from her mouth just makes you laugh, another is crazy in the way you want a female to be crazy(may I add in a professional customer/employee kinda way). They both somehow magically know when a customer wants to be left alone to walk the store or when a person seems a little unsure of themselves and step in to assist and educate on different products. I used to think they thought I was cute and gave me special attention but was laughably mistaken when I stepped back and just watched them. I saw time and time again customers come in feeling what looked to me as uncomfortable just to stand at check out laughing and leaving with a smile. They know what they are doing is an understatement. Now as far as the Lisa goes, nothing but the BEST. I walk in and she welcomes me to the store by name. I mean, she met me once and ever since has gone above and beyond every time in making sure I'm take care of. She listens to my needs and gives me informed, non biased info on it. I once was looking for a specific toy for my wife they didn't carry. A version similar, but not what I wanted. Instead of pushing a sale towards what was there she took it upon herself to find what I wanted and ordered before I knew it .tells me she would call in couple weeks when it came in and even gave me the discount they had during a vendor promotion party they had that night as long as I promised to keep coming back. Well, Lisa, I'm not going anywhere as long as you are there to welcome me like you do. I think the world of you and your crew. I truly feel like we are estranged friends who gets over excited every time I get to see you. Love you all, now taking my goodies and going home. One last thing, for anyone reading this. Make the drive out here if you have ever been curious to shop but to scared to do it. They have a way about them that makes you feel right at home, if only your home had this many toys, videos, novelties, and langerie. DREAMERS IS THE BEST

Francis IS AMAZING!!! I love him I bought my first toy with him and tonight my best friend came with me and she bought her first toy too with him!! I hope to always buy toys with him!!! I love this place. Everyone is so awesome that works there. Sometimes my husband and I are in there every weekend sometimes it could be months and the employees always remember us. Hopefully we can shop there again soon when this shelter in place stuff is over.

So happy I found this place it is the best one out there. I was driving 40 mins just to go to New Fine Arts because Crystals&VelvetBox item selection is terrible and way over priced.But now I found Dreamers and its only 10 mins drive from my house I proubly wont go anywhere else for now on.Amazing selection of items and great prices.Nice and clean store has public restrooms its open 24 hours usually its in the middle of the night when I go shopping .Items look new and up to date unlike many other similar stores Ive been too.Employees are very nice and helpful if you need something.Be back soon :)

Besides being attended right , Francais helped me feel comfy. Out of the 2yrs coming to the store i Finally became myself and went out in public dressed up .
He did not make me feel weird ,he just made me feel comfortable about myself.
I think more crossdressers should come during his shift and we can shop together or have an event .
Its great to know that we have great service and are treated equal regardless of our choice in life.
As established as the company is, i can see alot more income if events are hosted at the store . It will bring more people together. Thx again to dreamers and Francais for making me feel like a person . This is far the best day i ever experienced in my whole life .
If it wasnt for francais making me feel comfy the first time i asked him a question, I dont think i would have ever gone to the store as myself. So thanks again :)

Isaac was a dream representative for the store! No awkward or taboo moments just pure joy on my end and informative answers from him! Would definitely come back!

When i went in isaac helped me out normally you have anxiety going to a sex shop but he talked with me a bit about how i got into some things he made me feel extremely comfortable and sort of at home helped me find everything i needed overall it was a great experience and the best sex shop ive been to by far

Ina like China is my favorite employee at Dreamers! She's always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She makes me laugh out loud, blush & look forward to the next visit.

The fact the have 5 stars across the bored is not shocking. The worker Fanicis (might not be his name) was so helpful and answered my question with such professionallity it made me so comfortable. I could go on and on with how great this store is!

Just left there 10 minutes ago and I was blushing the entire time. I am so "green" about that stuff. They me feel as "comfortable" as they could. I definitely will be back!

China is THE BEST and I'm not just talking the talk but walking the work ....... when I came in to the Dreamer's store on IH 820 in FT Worth, i was kinda very timid and very shy and didn't wanna approach anyone as I was tryna buy something for a female friend ....... but China read my body language and approached me and was very courteous and polite and helped me choose the RIGHT thing and best value for money. Next time you're in the FT Worth Dreamer's store, ask for your girl, China in the store and you will be glad you did cos she gone help you land that new toy!
