I can't speak much regarding UPS as a whole or their delivery, but the woman who helped me at this location was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Based solely upon the convenience of the store and the employee I interacted with, I will go back (so long as the corporate, delivery element manages to get my package to its destination).

The staff are always professional and quick to get you serviced. It is nice to have them all give you a great smile and laugh. People who give negative reviews sometimes are just hard to make happy. Especially when they can be rude or get special treatment. You got give these young workers credit when due, and I use this UPS facility and never had a problem. 😊

I have no qualms or anticipation when I need to go to the UPS Store in Avon. I can’t tell you the names of the staff as others have but they are all knowledgeable and very efficient when it comes to the service I need. Mostly returns. When I’m stumped looking for the email with my return information, which can happen, I give my phone to my helper and it’s swiftly found and my receipt is printing and I’m on my way. Thank you UPS staff.

I’ve been by this store a couple of times now, to drop off Amazon items to be returned. The employees have always been pleasant. Today was no different — Taylor was very friendly and she got me in & out quickly and painlessly!

Great location and services - USAA Easy Deposits location. They open a little later on Saturday.

This location claims to have a notary. Upon arrival I went into the store, am employed said is have to wait 30 minutes for her manager, who was thought to be a notary. After waiting (although I had gotten some work done!) I go in to be told by said manager that they do not offer notary services. He did, however suggest a place. That was cool. Yet not cool to be the number 1 suggestion to only find it a no-go. I still love UPS though.

Charged $3.00 to tape up a box. Employee not friendly. Try Pak Mail or UPS Farmington where they don’t charge exorbitant fees for tape.

I keep trying to bring packages on Saturday. During posted business hours to find the door locked and the place dark. Third try on a Saturday to locked doors. Hours either need to be updated or the overall "closed" status of this business needs to be updated. Time of writing is 3.19pm on Saturday. Posted hours are until 5pm on Saturday. Have watched 3 seperate folks try the door as well since I failed.

tried doing quick prints here. the online order said it "required a manual quote" so i placed it May 31st and UPS automatically input June 1st 2:00pm as the date I would receive the quote. well, i had heard nothing by the evening so i called and was told the woman who gives quotes was at another location and couldn't access the document, so i would hear from her the next day. now it's June 6th, still nothing. talk about "quick prints" alright! very poor way to do business, never trying it again.

The manager at this store is unhelpful and dismissive. Having shipped a 'time sensitive' package from here to San Francisco and notified the recipient to look out for it, we then had to spend days after the anticipated delivery date to try to find it. The store blamed the driver for being unreliable and was unable to offer any other assistance to deal with our issue. The manager at the store just wasn't interested in helping us, she just kept repeating -" there's nothing I can do, I suggest you call UPS customer service" The main UPS tracking system is not much help either. After several more attempts to get it to where it needed to be, we were very upset to find out that the package was on it's way back to us! All in all, a very unsatisfactory outcome.

Shipped a package through here, asked if it would be OK the way it was packaged it. Was assured it would be fine. I mentioned FedEx recently lost one of my packages for several weeks and that's why I was trying UPS. The customer service person said that was inexcusable. Bought increased insurance to be safe.

Long story short, my package ended up in what is known as one of the worst UPS distribution centers in the country (Doraville GA, Google it) and was damaged. The center claimed they informed the store about the package, but no one ever reached out to me. Their "investigation" found that my item was packaged improperly and denied my insurance. They told me to follow up with the store. Taylor (at the local store) called UPS herself. She said she was stonewalled as well and her hands were tied. I asked if they could at least return my shipping fee. She said they cannot as it was UPS's fault (the stores are franchises and contract with UPS to be their shipper apparently). I asked to speak to the owner but apparently there is no way to contact him or her. Ups is blaming the store and the store is blaming UPS. I'm out over $80 in shipping fees and the $200+ item I shipped was lost or destroyed by UPS (they refuse to share any real information with me "for security reasons" as the UPS store is considered the shipper, not me.) Last time I use UPS ever and I will avoid retailers that ship via UPS as well.

I walked in with a package Sprint sent me to return a phone. The customer service rep asked me if it was broken. When I said no, she said it would be by the time it arrived because it would be tossed around and the packaging wasn't very good. I asked if we could repackage but keep the label. She "suggested" I go home, open it up and wrap the phone better and bring it back. Excuse me.... isn't this a package delivery store? Don't you sell things that can help me? Rather than have me go BACK HOME, if you had offered to help me, I would have gladly bought packing material from your store, and mailed it right then and there. NOW, I will go home and go somewhere else. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It's not a good service. This store is charging $2 just to put a piece of tape on your parcel for UPS!!! Their competitor up the stree has faster and better service and they even didn't understand how could I think that they will charge for that. Of course UPS store lost me as a customer .

Employee was rude and arrogant. They make up their own rules about notarizing documents, which are different than what is allowable by law. They also don't show up when they say they will be there.
