I had an issue with my new tuxedo 9k lift and the customer support folks were very professional in every way, not only did they help me resolve me issue with my life, they compensated for my down time , this was 5 month ago, and lift has preformed flawlessly ever since.

I had an 11,000 pound hoist installed about 7 months ago. The hoist had only been used a handful of times before one of the equalizing cables broke while lowering my car. I was put in touch with Bobby for my customer service and he was awesome to deal with. Not only did he overnight a set of replacement cables to me, he ended up giving me his cell phone number so I could call him for technical support while replacing the cable outside of normal business hours. I would definitely recommend he and Tuxedo Distributors for their customer support efforts. Hopefully, I have no more issues with the hoist itself, but - if I do, I feel confident that they will take good care of me.

I recently bought 2 of the 4 posts lifts through Lowe's home improvement stores. These are high quality lifts and if you run into a problem they backed everything up. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought a 9000 lb. lift from them and it works perfect.

Bought the 9k lift last November and went to pick it up to save on shipping. Install was a breeze. Lifted several cars over the almost year I've owned it and worth every penny. I was lifting an my old ford today and the motor started acting up and blew a breaker. Couldn't find my receipt but called the service dept anyhow. They found my purchase date and it was still under warranty so they shipped me 2 new capacitors that should fix my issue. The young man I talked to explained changing the parts out and was super nice. I guess you can't ask for any better warranty service than that.

I purchased a 9,000 Lb. four post lift to install at my residence. I drove from Houston to there location South of Fort Worth to save on shipping cost. Load out was simple and quick. Upon set up I discovered the unit was leaking. I called James and he had the new part sent to me immediately. They absolutely stand behind there product and customer service was outstanding. I have since ordered a second four post lift from them.

Great folks. They have what I needed on hand and had it ready. I'll be back.

I called Tuxedo Distributors on 9/10/2020 and talked to James in parts. I needed a cable for my 9k lift and he was very knowledgeable in finding the exact one for the year and model of my lift. One day later I received my part and today 9/12/2020 it's working great. This is the way a well organized company should run. I was fortunate to them on E-bay.

I bought a lift that would not lower and although disappointed I couldn't use it right away the Service Dept (especially Bobby, the manager) worked with me until all possible causes were examined. Their efforts included being on the phone with me for 30 minutes or more to troubleshoot, exchange photos, and sending materials that might fix the lift. They were responsive to all my phone calls and acted as if my problems were their problems. My experience with an apparent faulty mechanism and efforts to fix it resulted in my gratitude to the group. We eventually exchanged the lift for another one which is not easy due to weight and costs but they were quite willing to take on those inconveniences to satisfy me. I don't know what else you can ask from a company.

Great vendor to do business with their customer service is second to none. They absolutely stand behind their products and I would recommend them anyone that has value to being treated like someone after the purchase. These guys are great!!! . Thank you for your support.

Needed new cylinder due to leaks. Contacted them on Friday, got it following Tuesday. Can't beat that. Tanx guys !!!
