I’ve known Mr. Jackson for many years. His shop amazes me every time I step foot into it. Always fully stocked and employs a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Pro edge is a pillar of the Houston Paintball scene.

I needed to Empire Mini GS markers cleaned and repaired. I took them in on a Monday and picked them up on Wednesday. The markers were spotless. They worked perfect. A few parts had to be replaced and Pro Edge still turned the order around quickly. The checkout process was extremely easy. The guys in the store were very professional and incredibly easy to deal with. Pro Edge is my go to store for all of my paintball needs.

I have shopped on their website a few times and never been disappointed with the selection or prices of everything they offer. John, Tony and all of the guys at Proedge are awesome. The customer experience is second to none here. Whether you’re a newbie looking to get into the sport, or a seasoned paintball addict, they have no problem spending the time to answer all of your questions and set you up with what you need at a fair price.

Great place to stop in for almost anything paint ball related. I asked if they can look at my paintball markers and they checked them right away. They fixed one of them free of charge and told me exactly what I needed for the other one since it was an older marker that is discontinued. They were also friendly and knowledgeable to talk to while I waited. There was no pressure to buy anything and it seemed like they were there just to help, and I liked that. I will definitely come back to this place in the future.

Pro Edge always has the right equipment, everything was clean, organized, and the staff is super friendly. I have been coming here to buy smoke bombs for gender reveal parties and photo shoots for the last 6 years will continue doing business with them.

I've been going to Proedge ever since I started playing paintball back in 2016, even tho I no longer play paintball and have picked up a new hobby in airsoft I still go to the store. The staff is always helpful and the customer service is always on top. Don't hesitate to stop by the store and get some quality help and customer service!!

This place is my new go to place for getting CO², I went here wanting to get my canister filled, and unfortunately my canister had expired. Tony was very knowledgeable and explain to me the reason for not being able to fill the canister. However, Tony was able to save the day with a bigger canister that would work just fine. This place has great customer service and I highly recommend them.

John and the Pro Edge team recently broke down my BNIB CS3 for anno, and then rebuilt the marker once it was complete. Not only did they tune the marker and install/set my Infamous trigger, but the team helped turn the entire experience around in less than two weeks! Pro edge has the best selection, expertise, staff, and service in the business!

Hands down best customer service and staff is highly knowledgeable when it comes helping with any of your paintball needs.
They responded quickly on social media as well and helped get this CS3 in my hands!

Been there a couple times now. I knew nothing about paintball when I started buying equipment for the sport, the guys here have helped me tremendously in just common knowledge and even giving me advice for when I'm on the field. They have great customer service and don't mind when people like me ask a lot of questions.

These guys (particularly, owner John Jackson) are consummate professionals with extensive knowledge of equipment both new and old. I've been playing paintball seriously for about 4 years and these guys have helped every step of the way. Most impressive is how much they support the local paintball community through sponsoring of teams, donation of prizes for events, and financial support of event production. I won't shop anywhere else for paintball gear.

Always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Also, their program where you get free marker cleaning for the life of the marker you buy from them is pretty sweet. I've used that many times over.

Everything was in stock, shipped super fast and the have very good competitive prices. I've been out of pain all for 18 years and just getting back into it. Thanks again for having everything I need to get back in to the sport.

Wow! The staff here is the very best in the business! They are always patient and willing to answer every question I have. Big or small, they are eager to attend you as professional as can be. These guys are real paintballers and want you to have the best experience possible when you take the field. Their selection and inventory is second to none! Whether you play tournament, scenario, magfed, or rec-ball, they have you covered! I went in twice this past week for some last minute equipment before a weekend game and they took care of me. They were very busy and still took the time to help me out and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. With all the people there, no one felt rushed. When you see each customer getting the same level of attention, no matter their level of player, you are willing to wait your turn. John truly has an amazing team of associates!

The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what marker to buy. They have a good selection of beginner to advanced gear and markers as well. Bought my HK Invader CS2 Pro from them and it’s been flawless

I’ve been shopping here since this place first opened.Always stocked with all the new gear on the market. Guns packs mask lens pods you name it they got it. Another huge plus for me is the service & knowledge all the employees have. Gun techs are always fast & inexpensive also. Will shop her Again A1 from day 1.

AWESOME staff, FAST shipping, HUGE selection. Seriously, Pro Edge is my favorite paintball business to support because they treat their customers so well. In almost 25 years in the game I have found no other store like Pro Edge.
