Verizon has worked great in the Walla Walla valley for me. The staff in this store have been very helpful. I had a long wait with two little kids and they were very understanding and helpful. Thank you!

Ricky is superb. Always polite and professional. he does go the extra mile with all of my Verizon needs. He explains things well with respect and patience.

The Assistant Manager helped me retrieve my old phone number, long story! The customer service I received was outstanding! The were patient, customer oriented and went out of their way to take care of my issue. Great business and I will always use them!

Julian is absolutely hands down the best service rep I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He will always be honest with you and it feels like your dealing with a good friend instead of a service rep. Randy is also fabulous. These two gentlemen will keep me coming back to Verizon in College Place. Any employer is very lucky to have someo e like Julian on their team.

I can't remember the gal's name but she was very helpful. Very informative, friendly and got us in and out with our new phone line. Very happy with our experience and my brother's bfay present. Would love to work with her again. Wish I knew her name to get her the props. She even helped clear some update problems with my phone. Thank you

So, that was a couple years ago maybe, NOW, RRRRUUUUUNNNNNNN. AWAY. They have not been able to or willing to do anything for me since an order back on April 23 that they messed up. I am being told now that I won't even get credits that are advertised when they can't get my order straightened out and I have to do ALL of the leg work in contacting them to follow up every day since the 23rd of April and still no resolution to an order that was supposed to be cancelled, ON THE 23RD as well. They wouldn't process a trade-in at the store for some reason they state keeps them from doing that. They have no control of that circumstance at all. That is just POOR FORM, PETER...!! Ooooohhhhh, you're a pirate now...

Verizon can be very busy, but if you go early you can get right in - which is what I did. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me get the right phone. He even talked me out of the more expensive option because I wouldn't have used the extra processing power.

I went in today to get a new phone and Julian not only got me the phone I wanted but also made sure my late father's text messages got transferred over so I didn't lose them. I am beyond grateful for his compassion and customer care!

We visited this store about 2 months ago after a HORRIBLE experience with a non corperate store here in Kennewick. They got us 300 a piece for each of our phone trade ins, and set us up with a plan that works for us. The transition only took about an hr, and unlike the store here in Kennewick, they transfered our numbers and data for free. So, a little patience doesnt kill you when you go into a busy small store. Too many times people only comment when they didnt get their way.

Verizon helped me solve my problem with my phone plenty of parking outside the building. Employees are polite and respectful and friendly.

It's a little cramped at the moment inside the building due to renovations but the customer service is excellent and quick.

Great place for a phone plan or to upgrade your phone. Clean environment friendly staff. Polite staff they greet you when you walk in the door.

Building is clean inside and outside and the employees are sweet and friendly and helpful and respectful and kind and caring and the prices are good and the cell phone plans are good. Plenty of parking outside the building.

I had a new phone plan before I knew it. Fast and efficient. No more Straight Talk or ATT. I love my new Verizon.
