Oh my God, what a dream!!! Firt Spanish winery owned by a family of 5 generations working on the industry. The highlight was their tapas: superb.
They have wine from the area and from Spain, we liked the local wines better.
The property is minimalist, modern, and very elegant.
Close by you will find the Vinyards.
Highly recommended 👌

We made it a day at Valdemar Estates Winery and we are thrilled to have had such a wine and culinary adventure. My friend and I booked a wine blending experience and lucky for us, we were the only two wine blenders today. We felt extremely lucky because we know that this class will be quickly filling up in the future. Carl gave us a tour of the facilities and shared about the winery's history and general operations. After that, he led us through a fun and educational wine blending experience...he even did the wine math for us! He was thorough, encouraged us to be creative, and was patient as we blended, tasted, and discovered our preferred flavor profiles. We sealed the deal with tapas and wine flights on the patio as we marveled at the beauty all around. The staff and Carl were very attentive and created a space to relax and savor the great food and delicious wine in a restorative setting. Thank you team Valdemar! We'll be back. 😍

It was our first trip to Walla Walla and we wanted somewhere we could sit and take in the view of the Blue Mountains. Valdemar Estate winery was recommended to us and it was obvious why. Serene views are captured from every window and every seat in the house! We weren’t very familiar with their wine even though we had visited their Woodinville tasting room last year. Now we’re hooked! The Conde Valdemar Rose and the Blue Mountain Vineyard Syrah were two of my favorites. So cool that they provide tasting cards so that you know what is in your glass. I’d never seen this before. Really loved the friendly and chatty staff. We heard all about the rich history of this family owned Spanish winery. Definitely take the time to visit. The winery is gorgeous and so is their wine! We’ll be back for the paella party on the deck. Susan Says…friends and wine should be old!

Amazing tour and experience all around! Kristoffer was our tour guide and exceeded our expectations of the two hour full embodied experience of wine, tasting, tapas, and lunch, hors d’oeuvres with cheesecake on the misters deck. This is a tour and stop. You will want to put on your wine tasting weekend. !

I’ll be back! Valdemar Estates has some amazing wines from Walla Walla & Spain. I loved that their flight allowed me to taste both. Also the tapas were fun to try. This is a can’t miss while visiting Walla Walla.

Great place for tasting and food. Reservation a must. They have a sister winery in Spain. We did a Washington wine tasting and a Spanish wine tasting. Both were good. The food was also amazing. Wonderful view as well. The octopus was my fav!

This is an excellent young winery with deep family roots in Spanish wines. The tapas were great, the wine delicious, and the view were fantastic. We also had excellent service. The overall atmosphere was perfect for a weeknight date night.

Standout Spanish wine styles. Glowing syrah and viognier verbose. Try them all. A top-ranked Walla Walla winery that won't disappoint you.

The atmosphere alone puts this at 5 stars, with great lighting, views, seating, and water fixtures. My favorite was the thin layer of water that trickled down the wall. It had a great design and didn't add too much noise but still added a small white noise to the space.

The wine and food were good as well. We had an assortment of wines, cheeses, and snacks and they were all pretty solid. I personally had the chickpea spread which was very savory and had a nice crunch with the nuts they added. I could have even used a bit more of the nuts as they really added to the texture.

One of my other minor things I apprenticed was an entire wall of homemade condiments, pickled vegetables, jams, etc. pairing some of them with some wine would make a great gift!

This winery opened in May 2019 and is incredible! Very modern, it definitely is one of the 120 wineries in Walla Walla that should be on your must-see list. The views are incredible, and the staff knowledgeable and professional. They also serve tapas that are unique and delicious. It is best to make reservations because they can be very busy. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and an amazing beet salad and cheesecake! Was the perfect fine wine experience we were hoping for in Walla Walla. Thanks to the friendly Balboa winery for the recommendation and local referral. Would definitely go back to try the Spanish wines.

Amazing! I'm probably going to join their wine club just for their Spanish wines. The food was so good, tortilla de patata, croquettas, and mushrooms with chorizos and crème fresh, sooo delicious. We spent way too much money on the food! Plus, the only place I've ever had Tempranillo Blanco! Which was amazing! And check out that view!

Beautiful architecture and setting. Jorge and Meganie were great! We had tapas and particularly enjoyed the croquettas and basque cheesecake.

Tasting and tapas in a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not rushed at all. I even was able to get a paella pan just the right size for home use. Great way to end our weekend away.

Excellent Washington AND Spanish wines! We have been members for a couple years, but hadn't done their tour until today. Christopher was very informative, and we enjoyed the wine and treats along the way.

Came into town unexpectedly, they were able to seat me and my husband without a reservation even though it was very busy. The wine is absolutely delicious, left with a bottle. Prices are good, and the cheeseboard was delicious.

We and close friends very much enjoyed our experience during our two visit to Valdemar Estates Walla Walla in May 2019. The winery and tasting facilities and staff were welcoming, the wine and tapas were great and the view was fabulous. Being sunny and warm the second day didn’t hurt either. A great addition to Walla Walla, Washington State and the USA.
