When it comes to boots and the selection I can only recommend Ervins and only one other place in Tuscaloosa.
Hands down the best place to shop for boots the selection of work wear is crazy large. And someone readily available for help and questions.

The employees were super nice and after going to four different sporting goods stores with no luck, they actually had what we were looking for at a better price than the prices on the empty shelves of Academy, Woods and Water, the Wharf, and I cannot, for the life of me remember the other store. I think the next time I'm looking for something, I'll check Ervin's first.

Last of the Mohicans ,friendly staff ,great selection, quality products, a real treat after dealing with these big box stores . If you need work boots clothes or western style dress wear ,with a friendly staff in Tuscaloosa this is the only place to go ! I live my new boots ,thanks to the gentleman who helped me .

The staff couldn't have been more helpful! I went to Ervin's in search of a nice belt for myself, I was surprised by the selection of belts! I was able to find exactly what I needed! The nice gentleman working advised me to get a belt that was 2in large than my jeans, apparently that's the rule of thumb to go by! I will definitely be back soon!

Actually got my boots for$124.99 and the cheapest I could find online was 139.99. I'm thrilled and the people are very nice!

Great place to get boots. Prices a little higher than online, but u don't have to wait 3 days to get them either.... So, or works out good sometimes. Plus, the owner, Mr. Van James, was my t-ball coach & I played little league with his son for many yrs. Great family!

Well, I wear Ariat from head to toe now because of this place. I absolutely love the selection and the customer service. The staff here is quick to help whenever I have a question on size or availability. It's a family run business and it feels like you're one of the family while you're here.

This place is great! I had never been there, thinking they only sold work & men's clothes. I went with my son to get work pants & found that they have lots of great women's clothes and shoes and the prices were great too. The staff was very friendly & helpful too! I will definitely go back!

I found some amazing deals both times I went. I got 2 pair or name brand boots for $110. One of which were so nice I actually wore them in my wedding. The employees are super helpful and very informative.
