I recently purchased a cricut explorer 3 and a great old and had no idea how to use either. Michael's was able to point me in the right direction and even give be enough instruction to be able to refurbish my stovetop cover. The in store experience was exactly what I was looking for. Knowledge staff and friendly.

Spooky season is everything here. The floral, the spiders, the kids crafts. I went in needing nothing and bought all sorts of goodies. 10/10 says it's dangerous with a 40% coupon

Very nice store very clean and organized. Salespeople were very helpful. My small dog was welcome in the store also.

My Halloween FB group kept posting photos of Halloween decor they were finding at their local Michael's so figured I'd swing by to see if ours had any late shipments too.

BEST craft store in the area! Pleasant staff that unlike their biggest local competitor, do not seem to belong to a religious cult.

Beware. Don’t bring your spooky girlfriend around Halloween time. She will proceed to want everything in the store!

A wonderful place to shop. The people that work there are always willing to help. A beautiful store. Smells great. You can find everything you need and more. It is a Arts and craft store with much more. I went looking for one thing and came out with a bag full. I will continue to go shopping there! I love if you sign up with them through only your email you get great coupons!

I've never encountered such wonderful service as i did today in the California, Md. store.
Michelle was eager to help, very informative ....and extremely patient. Kudos to your store for hiring great help!

Plenty of sale items in stock. Had to use the restroom and it was very clean. The cashiers were extremely friendly. Isles were not cluttered. A+

Expensive, but it's a hobby store so that's expected. Smells nice, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, fun people. Everything is easy to find, all around just pleasant to be inside.

I love going to Michael's. They are very friendly and easy going. They will help you in anyway. All you have to do is ask. I enjoy checking out the new product they put on the floors and shelves.

Took my grandson for the kids club crafts today. Wish I had taken time to get the two ladies names working with him. They were awesome. We will definitely be going back!!!

They did a great job during Christmas shopping season by having clerks add up our purchases while in line. Fast checkout even with lots of customers.
