What an incredible specialty Italian market. The owner was so kind and helpful. She taught me the difference between different salamis, went out of her way to have me sample different appetizers that she makes homemade, clearly with pride and love. They ran out of the fresh baked bread right before I arrived so she baked me a loaf on the spot. Everything is so delicious, we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for the great experience!

The great thing here is how much selection is in this place - the cheese, the bread, the cooking supplies! And man, the olive oil; so many options, all sorts of flavors. If you're looking for good Italian food options, or just an enjoyable shopping experience, you should check this place out.

Fantastic selection of imported specialty Italian products from cookies to olive oil to pasta to cheese. Also has a great selection of cooking accessories and a gift shop area filled with beautiful porcelain.

We loved this place. Family owned so they’re very knowledgeable and passionate about their products, there’s always free coffee made in the best coffee machines you can buy. If you can’t find the product you need here, you probably won’t find it elsewhere in The Rochester area. Everything they carry is of the highest quality.

I don't even know where to begin - I can't say enough praise about this gem of a place! The owners/employees are so knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection of imported goods is extensive and of the highest quality. I go as often as I can!

The best place to get authentic pasta, sauce, cheese, etc. So many cool trinkets in here for cooking and hosting! Highly recommend!

Helpful staff and great specialty store in the ❤ of Fairport. Bought fresh ricotta and a non stick pan. Tons of variety for home cooks. Great for last minute gifts or browsing.

Every time I go in, Mary and Anthony teach you something new!!!

After my sixth trip in this weak, tonight was poached chicken with zucchini, roasted red peppers and gourmet black garlic (seen topping the dish) done with a creamy vodka sauce with pancetta & peas.

You MUST go to Lombardis in Fairport... It's not just the food, it's the family!!!

Who knew there was such a thing as black garlic?!? And I'm not even going to try to describe how it tastes, you have to try it yourself...Sublime...

Used "Panna" for the first time to make the cream sauce and also Lombardis special blend cheese...

The sauce was made with San Marzano tomatoes... There's no comparison!!!

Looking to eat low carb? They have an Edamame noodle worth a texture and taste like pasta but slightly more complex! 22g carb, 22g protein!!!

And delicious!!!

You wouldn't believe the way it pairs with marinara it's SUCH a delicious noodle!!!

Can't say enough about how much I love this Italian import store. Mary and Anthony have made this store their passion for great selection and service. Visit the gift shop for beautiful home goods, more importantly visit for the cheeses, meats, fresh made pastas and sauces. Want real espresso? You get a complimentary cup every time you go. Get amazing ricotta or Impastada cheese for your lasagna or Easter pizza. Fall in love with that espresso? You can buy a Jura there too! Perfection and quality are all I have experienced for over 25 years!

I’ve been going to Lombardi’s for about 2 years since I moved back to Rochester.
I am truly amazed at what they sell, the quality of what they sell, and how incredibly helpful they are.
They care about there customers unlike other Italian Delis/Stores who employ idiots who could care less, and have No knowledge of what they sell.
We live in Farmington and make the trip a few times a Month it’s well worth our time and the Drive to get the Quality we want and deserve!

Some excellent choices to help this Irish woman to make those wonderful Italian dishes!! Their homemade lasagna noodles, ricotta, and parmesan help take my lasagna from mediocre to one of the best dinners I make - even gotten compliments from 100% Italians!! Great selection of olive oils, and unexpected items like split peas!! And their coffee is FABULOUS!! If that wasn't enough, all the people working at the store bend over backwards to be sure you get what you need, and help you with that wonderful family feeling. I always leave the store in a better mood than when I enter it. A great place to shop, and visit. I warn you, though, don't go there hungry!! The aromas there will entice you to buy everything you see!!!

Great store, lots of fun just looking around. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My shopping list? Juniper berries, saffron, artichoke-stuffed ravioli, and Enrico Biscotti from Pittsburgh's Strip District. Definitely a worthy destination for foodies.

Sooo many traditional food and kitchen items to prepare all types of food but primarily Italian! ! Lots of pasta types that I never knew - bought lots to bring home!

Lombardi's is a wonderful store for any number of items. They have a wonderful selection of foods from bread and pasta to sauce and even desserts. Their selection of cookware including Le Creuset is amazing. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful on everything from coffee to utensils and everything in-between.

Lombardi's customer service and the entire shopping experience is impeccable! Upon entering we were greeted and assisted personally by the staff working. He offered us samples and assisted with getting products to the counter for us as we were toting around our 8-month-old daughter in our arms. It was an unrushed and a lovely experience. We were assisted enough but left to our own devices to explore (with help only a step away). The staff member helping us out had amazing suggestions and was not pushy at all re purchasing of products. We left feeling like we were the only ones in the store from getting personal undivided attention and receiving what felt like extra special treatment.

We have traveled to Europe many times, including extended visits to Italy twice in the past two years. Lombardi's is the closest experience to Europe and is a hidden gem tucked away in the Fairport Village. If you're looking for a leisurely shopping experience with tastings and expert assistance, Lombardi's will not disappoint!
