Caroleena.

Hello I went to CVS and this is my receipt attached. I found something on Amazon that I wanted to see if it was available I went to Ulta I went to Sephora. They had no clue. I went to CVS and a woman named Caroleena helped me. She knew exactly what it was that they just gotten it in and that they weren’t going to be putting them out on the shelves right away so she went out and got me the exact thing I needed. Then she told me about some other products that were the number one products. You have a very valuable customer service Employee and I think she should be recognized her because I’m going to start shopping at CVS for make-up now because of her knowledge. Also the cosmetic area was very well organized unlike Target or Walmart! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service from Caroleena! She is absolutely Awesome 👏

I can tell that Caroleena loves and takes pride in her job at CVS! You really need to take good care of her as your employee because she takes wonderful care of her department in CVS and of the CVS customers. I watched her take care of me and another customer at the same time. She is the epitome of customer service!❤

In a world where people are mean to other people simply because they have found an outlet to be mean and a service representative as an opportune target, the employees at this store respond with kindness and love. From Lynn the pharmacist and her staff, to Ryan at the front, if you’re short on kindness in your life, look no further than the CVS on Moorpark road and Janss. They are kind and loving and genuinely care about their customers. We need more people like them in this world.

This particular CVS is outstanding the employees are professional they have a great attitude and I’ve been coming here for years. Both the pharmacy and the store are excellent in my opinion. My son’s medication’s can be complicated navigating insurance etc. the pharmacy always takes her time they’re very patient and they always figure out how to resolve the issues. The store is great the people that work there are always very helpful they have a great attitude. Barbara in particular is a obviously very dedicated loyal employee. No matter who it is she has a smile on her face and she always is helpful makes a world of difference makes you want to come back to CVS at 1832 Moorpark Ave.! Thank you Team CVS.

Had a great experience picking up my mom‘s medication. They took the time to process the best discounts upon request. Friendly and professional.

Staff went out of their way to assist me during the Pandemic.
In particular, Shawn Kim was thoughtful, kind, caring and patient with us. This is our go-to CVS from this moment on.... and we live much closer to another one, have for 21 years, but the service and attitude were like night and day.
Kudos also to the manager whose name I misplaced, but whose training and attitude was clearly reflected in Shawn's interactions with us.
Hooray for local chain store Management that shows real care for their customers and their staff!

The pharmacy crew here truly care about customer service and satisfaction and do very well considering the incredible volume they handle. Employees go above and beyond with outreach calls and walking customers to the product they are looking for.

Great place. I don't know what these other people are talking about. Helpful staff and pharmacists. I get a prescription filled every month without fail. Thanks employees of CVS. You are great.

I went there for my vaccination. Made the appointment on Sunday for noon Tuesday shot. I was the only one there for the vaccination. The employees were nice and professional. From time in to time out the door was 20 minutes.

The wait at Pharmacy is always too long ! Always a long line . you have four employees behind counter , and one behind counter ! And maybe one of them has good customer service .

I usually take medicine here, they always open till late night, so very comfortable!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. After all this time, not a single person at the pharmacy ever smiles, or is ever friendly. Not the person Giving the medication and and not the person behind the counter. It’s so awkward and strange. Even if you go in there at 8 AM they already act like they’re having a terrible day. Miserable and unfriendly
