Gwen the Retail Sales Associate was great at breaking things down, explaining plans. She was so friendly even though it's not her store. She deserves a raise! I definitely recommend this store. She looked for discounts too. I'm a happy customer. Thank you.

Lewis was very attentive and knowledgeable. He helped me with everything and knew exactly what to do from the moment I walked in. Just went in for a new SIM card and left with new AirPods and the newest Apple Watch with was an upgrade from my old devices lol thanks again I will be back soon.

Justin & Eric were great. Justin was very knowledgeable & customer friendly. He made sure my wife & I got the best deal possible. He even made sure our phones had all the necessary accessories we might need. ABSOLUTELY GREAT!

Had a great experience at this location which I have not experienced at other locations in the past. I went in looking to get a new phone upgrade and the manager Nour took care of me. She was very nice and helped me setup my phone and choose a case. From now on this will be my regular location when I need service done with my account.

My Father and I spoke with Retail Sales Consultant Ms. Bri. She was pleasant and very informative. She knows her stuff and made us feel welcomed.

Came into the store looking to upgrade my phone. There was only one person working and she was vacuuming the floor at the time. She was able to upgrade my phone plus add another line for me, plus help four other people that came in. I was amazed how well she was able to multitask as well as her professionalism. I had a fantastic experience at this AT&T store, although at first it may not seem so. There were problems with the Direct TV installation, promotional pricing and billing that no one on the phone (3-1/2 hours on phone & online chat) could straighten out.
I went back to the AT& T store, and the manager, Justin Dillon, promised to rectify both my problems right there in the store! I am so grateful I had Justin. And I'm recommending that store to everybody because of how well I was treated and how my issues were immediately resolved. Definitely 5 Gold Stars!!

Great place! I had purchased a Note 7 from here right before it was recalled. Once replacement Note 7 were available they they took care of all the paperwork and the swap out really efficiently. I would recommend this store!!

The store associate named Shay was very polite helpful and she knew what she was doing so we weren't there for a very long time which is good she answered all our questions and like I said before she was very helpful

I had a problem with billing on my I phone and did not know where to start-I went into the ATT store on Vista Way and met Ronelle. Let me say- this is a very competent, professional, empathetic smart guy. He knows his stuff, and he knows what to do. I was there on Sunday very late in the day- he suggested I come back today ( Monday morning ) to make sure it is all fixed. It is.
Ronelle was instrumental in know what department of AT&T to call, he identified himself as a ATT rep with a problem to get solved, and he cut thru to the solution.
Also in the hour that I was there, he helped 3 or 4 people at the same time. My sincere thanks to Ronelle. He is an above-and-beyond guy.
