Parking lot is a little tight. Inside is always clean, staff is always nice.

Nice clean store but half the time they are understaffed and I don’t understand why it takes over a month to get the Slurpee machine fixed. I’m referring to the sugar-free option hasn’t worked over a month.

I don't understand the decisions that went into designing the parking lot/pump layout. There is no room to maneuver, and the pumps are too close together for 2 people to actually pump gas across from each other. Putting in fewer pumps spaced further apart would actually INCREASE the amount of people that could pump gas at the same time. On top of that, there was more than plenty of room to extend the parking lot 10 feet or so closer to the street so that it wouldn't be a pain to turn out of the pump area when facing that direction.

Whoever designed this place must have assumed that everyone in Tyler drives smart cars.

Not worth one star, but to write this. I was given a fake Team Leader position, which I didn't know at the time. Manager here told me in Nov. 2021 I would be raised from $10 hr. to $12 hr. This never happened. Was told multiple times. A lso told I would be a manager, never happened. Then told I was going to be Manager of 403 E SE Loop 323 location. Another lie. Pay increased from $10 hr. to $10.30 hr. in January 2022. Late 2022, I was increased to $11 hr. New hires were being brought in at $13 hr. People were being promoted constantly, skipping me. Hours were cut from 38-40 weekly, to 12 hrs. weekly, then 8 hrs. weekly. Finally in Jan. 2023, I went in on day off to check schedule, and Manager told me to leave building, or I would be criminally trespassed. I never went back to work. Went in and she called cops again. She did this to avoid paying unpaid wages. I ran 2-10 by myself for months, and also filled door dash, etc. orders at the same time. This job was one of the worst I have ever had in my life!! I do not understand how she gets away with what she does to employees. Not paying wages is against federal law. I have $4,000.00 due in unpaid wages. She told cops I was terminated. For what??? So that is unpaid wages and wrongful termination. Have 25 years experience in the convenience store industry, and management experience as well. These people are scumbags!!! Trash!!!!!!!! It's January 2024, I figured they would have shut down and bulldozed this place by now.....

I used to work here at this 7-11 and got fired after only 3 days of working because I had gotten sick due to my disability and pregnancy and couldn’t come into work. The manager then threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave after she fired me all because I asked what her reasoning was for her firing me. Went in today which is 3 weeks later so I could pick up my check for when I was working. She threw the check at me and told me that if I ever came in there again, she would have me arrested and I was banned from the store. All I did was go to pick my check up and to get a drink and something to eat. Again I have a disability, type 1 diabetic, and was in need to take care of my medical situation before it got worse. I need to eat right then or else I would have passed out and gone into silent seizures and it would have killed me and my baby. The whole time I was trying to get a drink and eat, the manager was sitting there harassing me in the store and following me like a crazy women. She then called the Tyler police and tried to have me arrested when I was simply getting a drink and trying to eat as a paying customer. I don’t know what her problem is with me but the manager here is crazy, and she doesn’t treat her employees or customers with respect. She doesn’t follow the ADA rules that protect people with disabilities and she didn’t follow the states rules for the pregnancy protection act. She has consistently been rude to customers as I have seen first hand and been one of them, and doesn’t care about her employees and tends to lie about everything. In my opinion this store needs to have a new manager or someone else to be in charge. I do not recommend going to this 7-11.

I've tried to stop by multiple times at 07:00 and 07:30 to get taco's and there's never anyone there. The food is never ready and the advertised hours are 06:00 to 18:00. There's always trash in the building and parking lot. This location is brand new and the staff take absolutely zero pride in it. This is a prime location with heavy traffic that could do so much better. I won't be back because I've been burned so often. I'm just hungry and want to grab something warm on my way to work. The parking lot is also absolute garbage by the way.
