Friendly service and various stuffs around 11pm at Short North.

Stopped here this night walking in the Short North and really needed caffeine. So I enter the store, take a cup near those espresso machines and fill it with Cappuccino and proceed to pay. They just said it's on the house 😃 Also a lot more spacious and quiet than other coffeeshops in the Short North if you can ignore the fact it's not made with "real" espresso...

This is a nice UDF. They have a good selection of snacks. The store is clean and the staff is kind.

I have lived in the short north for 7 years. UDF has been my go to since inception. I must comment that the store in resent visits has been kept in immaculate condition. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I commend the efforts of the people who work there.

This place has always had the nicest staff. They are friendly say hello to you when you walk in the door and you’re always helpful if you need something special.

Last night I watched the two workers, one the manager and the other cashier, handle a difficult situation with a customer who was acting badly and who had stolen from the store before.

Their level of professionalism impressed me so much, as they remain calm and more polite and respectful to the person even while he was cursing and causing a bit of a stir. These two young ladies should be commended for their professionalism.

That aside, the store has a great selection of ice cream drinks fountain beverages ready-made foods and snacks. It is my go to as it’s two blocks from my house and I’ve been going there for 20 years. Love it!

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a bottle of wine and some water. There was a good selection on offer and we found everything very easily. The store was immaculately clean, a credit to the team working there.
