BUYER BEWARE! The warranty that they claim comes with your purchase will NOT be honored. They will find a reason to not honor it. We will NEVER buy from Gelzer's again. We still had our receipt & purchase papers with it but no-they still refusd to back their product. We bought a mattress that we had less than 2 yrs, and the springs separated so we can't sleep on it. We just purchased another from Tammy's in North Adams. Their customer service is excellent and it would do Gelzer's some good to take note.

Friend Purchased an expensive wooden table, defective. Owners would not fix or back their products. Disappointing when you want to support your local community and they don’t support you.

Staff follow you around as though you're going to steal. Live local but would never shop local here.

Do not back their products, go to a store that does!!!
