Sarah was so real and very down to earth. I felt at ease 5 minutes into our meeting. She was so thorough and the selet plan I chose let's me work at goal setting at my pace. Sarah Greeley has always done an excellent job helping me with any needs I've had with my banking. She helped me set up my original accounts and now my personal loan. I always point friends and family to my credit union because of their team and helpful staff.

The personal advisor I worked with was very helpful to me when I went there on a recent visit. Renee Bugosh is very knowledgeable and takes her time in answering questions and explaining things that might have been overlooked. She was able to get me complimentary paper checks for both my personal and business accounts and then explained to me about how to order check books. She is a genuine individual with a pleasant smile whom I believe the company is glad to have.

Sarah was an amazing 10 out of 10. Very helpful and explained things in great detail to me. Easily the best visit to the bank I have ever had. Thank you Sarah, I hope you stay at the bank so every experience I have is amazing !

April is amazing! She has helped us with setting up our accounts and financing a new Jeep. She's friendly, experienced, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Great bank with fantastic people! They were so helpful when I got my car loan, went through everything with me and explained it. I got a checking account today, April again was so helpful and explained everything to me, even benefits I didn't realize I was receiving!

I just opened up a checking account at Community Choice Credit Union. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was, and at how nice & helpful everyone was. Plus they do instant issue debit cards which is great because there's no waiting on one to come in the mail. I've only been with them for about 3 weeks but they are always very helpful & pleasant when I go in, and I've never had to wait in line. I'd highly recommend banking with Community Choice. I'm happy I went there.

First I purchased a used truck at a local dealer and they used Community choice, I was driving away within an hour. I just moved my checking and savings there today. April walked us through the whole process. Very professional and informative. Will refer others to Community choice.

Today February 6/2020 I went in to make a payment on my Visa credit card and to get it replaced because i had lost it. These people couldn't have been more helpful from contacting the Visa card company for me to talk to ,to making my new card while i was there.There was some problems with the credit card machine and three of them worked on it for me. the Manager even came out to see if she could help. They are a very nice team . They are thoughtful and respectful. They all have a wonderful sense of humor which I think is important when working with the public.
The whole staff deserves a , Good Job and five stars.

We moved here two years ago and we were sad to leave our previous credit union. We found Community Choice Credit Union in our new home and they are wonderful (that’s WONDERFUL!). We were welcomed by Sarah Greeley (who became our personal advisor at Community Choice). She jumped through hoops for us to make sure we took advantage of the most beneficial banking options available to us and we could not be happier with our new Credit Union!

We recently applied for a vehicle loan. Jeremy was amazing! He was very easy to communicate with. He explained the process thoroughly and was extremely friendly. The whole process went smoothly. I would not only choose this credit union again, I would also refer others to community choice and Jeremy as well.

I needed to open a checking and savings account but dreaded the potential lengthy time to do so. Regardless I went in to set up the accounts and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the process painless and fast, but the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
I was referred to this location by a friend and I am glad I made the choice to go with this credit union. It definitely seems that they have some great programs going on there to benefit the account holder. Unlike most local banking locations, there was no fee to open the checking account and only a $5 minimum for the savings. I very much look forward to banking with Community Credit Choice!

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah at Community Choice Credit Union in Hillsdale the last two days. She as well as other staff members were extremely helpful in acquiring a credit card and more importantly setting up accounts for my grandkids. Sarah spent a lot of time with me setting up all the accounts and ensuring I was well informed. Sarah also sent me a reminder email to make sure I took care of one final detail I had to do later. Kudos to her and the staff there. Very friendly and helpful. 😎

Our experience with CCCU was very good. They were very prompt and answered any questions we had concerning the loan in a very concise way that was easy for us to understand

Amazing. Did not feel rushed. Jeremy took great care of helping me open my account and answered all my questions and went over everything to help me out and gave me brochures and I really appreciate the fact that I felt so comfortable. Jeremy seemed to really like helping a person and these days so many people don't care.

Been a new member for awhile everyone has been completely helpfull. Just when things look bleack on the credit path the manager reaches out to me and gives new hope! My wife and I purchased a new camper. We called and spoke to April Beavers to find out the interest rate,( which was the lowest we found). April ask for some basic information and called us back in a few minutes to say we were approved. Paperwork was complete and our check was ready for us to pick up by the time we arrived back home. This was the quickest and easiest major purchase we have ever made. We were treated like family! Five stars to April & the crew at Hillsdale’s CCCU! 😁
