Citi Trends

I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.

Shout out to the two ladies that was there yesterday that was really nice and respectful again cuz I was on the east side this request was four times the size of ours on the west side so it's always very clean very stocked with men's clothes which the west side is not have a lot of men's clothes but the ladies were really nice yesterday so thank you so much I will be back

I really like the staff in this store. They are always friendly and very honest and helpful. You can always find good deals here too. Plus sized selection is much better than other stores. Great and affordable layaway policy.

Every time I going Citi Trend Stafford very professional and they treat you real real good and it's always a good sale on when you go in and the store is nice and clean the manager should be commended on being very professional and nice to all of the customer I love Citi Trend and I tell all my friends about the store

Nice place to shop.

Workers watch you so hard .... They make you feel like your stealing.... Very unpleasant.... They need better training.... Makes you want to just walk out.... Everyone is not a theief .... In case Citi trends didn't know that
