Ronnie was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable in his field. Plus, he helped save me money! Asset to the Thornwood Verizon office! There were a lot of people in the store waiting for his help. He was the only one there and he juggled everyone all at once with Grace and professionalism.

I recently dealt with David to purchase the new Samsung S24 cell phone. They were offering a special at that time. He walked me through all of the options and was able to help me maximize the offering while saving on my overall plan.

David was very helpful and professional from start to finish.
He went above and beyond when it came to transferring my data from my old phone, ensuring everything was transferred successfully. He went as far as reinstalling my old notification and ringer because they weren't available as a drop-down option.
I would strongly refer him to others and continue to work with him for future upgrades and purchases.

Trevor was very sweet & very knowledgeable & helped me get a great deal. Was busy in the store but he was on the ball & very calm & friendly to the customers as well as with the new employee.

Trevor is so knowledgeable, but not only that, he’s got a calming way about him and really caring too. The store was packed which cld have led to a miserable experience, but it wasn’t, all due to Trevor.

Excellent experience today (which is the first time I’ve ever said that following any Verizon shop visit). It was our first time to the Thornwood shop and we will definitely make the effort to return to this location due to the excellent customer service, professionalism, and plan explanation provided by Ronnie & his colleague.

I had the pleasure of working with David at the Thornwood Verizon store. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and took the time needed to set up my new phone. David also worked with me to help bring the cost down on my monthly bill. Trevor was also very helpful, friendly and supportive and worked with my husband and son setting up their new I phones. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and support I received by all who works at this location especially David.

Best Verizon store! Recently upgraded to new phone and both David A and Ronny R provided excellent service throughout the whole process. Their knowledge on how to best apply all the different programs/rebates in order to get absolute deal was clearly and helpfully showcased.
Highly recommend stopping by this location when in the market, or even just for help optimizing plan. I was leaving $ on table and was able to upgrade data plan + add 3 devices for trading in a five year old phone and overall payment didn't change.

Ronnie is the best! He’s helped me multiple times. He’s always patient even with the nasty customers and always treats you right. Very knowledge about the phones and plans. I’ll be going back to him as long as he works at that location.

Ronnie did a great job of setting everything up, finding discounts, and moving through the process as quickly as possible. Two caveats that aren't really his fault: There are fees for getting a new phone that Verizon won't tell you about until far along in the process—a start-up charge of about $35 and tax on the new phone, which is about $150 that you have to pay on the spot. Also, they will try to sell you an accessories package (charging cables, a power brick, screen protectors, a case) for like $180—but you can buy these items separately on Amazon for under $50. It's a huge ripoff. Again--not Ronnie's fault, but Verizon would be wise to price this stuff competitively. They may make $100 from you, but they'll earn your distrust forever.

David was super informative and patient. We definitely felt like he had our best interest at heart and he took the time to answer any questions we were uncertain about. Simply put he was awesome… oh and Verizon is cool too lol

One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and courteous. He not only took care of my initial request, but then answered all my questions and helped me structure my plans to best meet my needs. A+

Trevor was absolutely amazing the kindest guy ever. Extremely knowledgeable of his craft guided me through the process with ease and help me every step of the way and I did get a lot of stuff today and help me on the way out 10 out of 10.

David was very helpful in taking care of my wishlist but not at a cost I wasn’t comfortable with. He took a lot of time with me and was very patient. I will return to get some advice to get the most out of my Apple Watch and iPhone. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and had to leave the store earlier than I wanted to.

Trevor, Dave and Ron all very knowledgeable and courteous it was great doing business with them. However you have to have time to spare. Store is busy and can use more help.
