Dillard's: Fayette Mall

KB in the beauty department is awesome! She went above and beyond to help me pick out some gifts. She was very informative and knowledgeable of all the products she showed me. Greatly appreciate all of her help!

Dillard's you scored a very nice new team member with Jarod in the Men's department. My first experience with Jarod was at his previous employer and what a loss for them. He is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Sunday after we arrived at Dillard's he helped me find the correct style of pants and vest. The style of pants that I needed were not in stock but he was able to order those online, no problem. With his skill set he was even able to take my measurements and pin my vest, which saved me an extra trip to Lexington. It was a one stop shop for me with no anxiety or pressure. My whole experience was great. I look forward to doing future business with him here.

I went looking for a pair of shoes to wear for my wedding. A man named T was there and helped me every step of the way. He brought me things I liked, and things he thought I might like, and I ultimately got exactly what I was looking for! He says he is the shoe guru and he really is!

Went to shop with my wife. The store was clean and the merchandise organized. Staff very helpful and attentive.

They always have good prices and their clearance sections are always a good deal for everybody in the family. The service rep in lingerie that helped me was super helpful, friendly and got me exactly what I needed. Repeat customer!

Wonderful assistance from Schella G. She was assisting 3 customers at the same time and we all received personal attention. Schella definitely knew the merchandise and was extremely helpful. What a surprise in today's market!

Dillard's is our go to spot for special occasion dresses for our daughter. We've been going there for a dress since she was in kindergarten and she's now in 3rd grade. We always find an amazing dress with an amazing price! Also, she never ends up wearing the same dress as a classmate and that's important. Their selection is spectacular and their baby/toddler clothes are always a hit. Their sales are tough to beat and the staff is always friendly.

I like Dillard's nice clothes and my wife likes it as well. Very nice store.

We went to Dillard's on this day in search of a dress for our oldest son's wedding. I don't normally wear dresses. With the expert help of two of the employees in the dress and associated sections, I left very happy with my purchases. Their kindness and help was instrumental, and above and beyond what I expected to receive.

I went to the mall in search of athletic shoes. I was losing hope of finding what I wanted when I happened to stop at Dillard's lady's shoes department. I was approached by a friendly sales associate named "T". It was so nice to be helped with knowledge and enthusiasm after dealing with bored clerks in other stores. T deserves recognition for his friendly and helpful attitude. This appreciative customer left with two pairs of new shoes!

Hubby picked up one of my favorite scents for me for Christmas and the lady asked if he wanted her to wrap it for him and of course he said yes because he doesn't wrap very well. Lol it was the prettiest wrapped gifts under my tree. Thank you! It's the little things that make you so happy. It was so pretty I almost didn't want to unwrap it.

I work here as security. From my experience the staff are awesome! They don't discriminate. So no awkward looks. Caught someone stealing on my first day. Everyone pitched in. We're not obvious. Everything went smooth. For anyone trying to steal ..... Good luck! Lol
