Always enjoy shopping here even if I'm just bored I'll go and just walk up and down the aisles there's always something you can find that will make your life or make your home better

Awesome Cashier...and She helped me ring out and put heavy approx.40 pound bag of organic potting soil in my car. I had to walk and get it busy parking lot,i had one hernia repair about 6-7 yrs ago so I am careful... never again in Jesus name..two weeks ago ish I bought five geraniums for 10.00...great deals great manager Alex..because last week Alex helped me with something also workers answers phone

Very reasonable prices, staff knowledgeable in respective departments, but don’t hover over you. Check out, like any other stores today, is a total mess, with one real person, and the rest self-service. Quick assistance with help loading and securing load.

My father and I went in the fall of 2022 to look at some doors for my new home. Roger spent probably close to 2 hours with us going over all of the options, answering all of our questions, and helped me place a special order. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind!! My father started to have a dizzy spell; he helped sit him down and got him a bottle of water. I truly appreciated him taking the time to make sure he was okay. He helped us load up some baseboards a few aisles over a bit later and made sure we got to the checkout okay. My dad and I went back to the store today (May 2023) with some additional questions on the doors I purchased in 2022. I actually called ahead of time to see when Roger was working so he could be the one to help us again. He remembered my dad and I! He took the time to help find solutions for a few problems we encountered. Your store is a better place with employees like him!

It's easy to find what you need! Helpful employees. Carts are normally outside out of the weather. The Prodesk tries hard to get you in and out as fast as possible. Definitely geared towards helping the Contractor!! (I go there more than the grocery store 😂)

We rented a f250 truck today to haul some stuff and the rental folks could not have been more awesome. What a vast experience over their competitors we only went to initially due to proximity. They were kind, attentive and personable. Howe Avenue Home Depot even had a greeter when we walked in the door who pointed us in the right direction right when we entered. Great customer service all around. Thank you!

Good place to find any tool or accessory that you need.

I'm usually here once or twice a day, I always need something for my rental properties. The entire staff is pretty great, always pleasant and helpful. If you have any questions you should ask to see Vito, he's the best guy there hands down. If you have a pro account, Tim at the pro desk is pretty great too. I love this place.. Honestly, if they sold beer I'd probably live there

I have shopped at this location for many years. I ordered kitchen cabinets and counter tops here. Good place to get tools. This was my go to place for DIY projects.

I don't normally go to Home Depot; however, I was in the vicinity and needed hardware supplies. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention received from employees. They provided prompt attention in finding items, instructing on use, and suggesting additional items we might need to complete the job. It was so nice to visit a large hardware store where employees offered the same great service you get from a small hardware shop. I definitely will return!

Great for any parts and labor installation

Great. Found bug spray I needed and bought a beautiful peace lily at same time. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Only problem was items I needed were right at entrance but checkout register was all the way down the opposite end. A long walk

Normal home Depot. More staff around than I've seen over the last few years, and everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. I was able to find what I needed right away and not have to stress about it. Everything was clean, well stocked, and kind staff.

In a large chain business like this one, it is a truly wonderful surprise to encounter employees who make you feel cared for.

I had a carpet job gone awry on my hands when I came into this store and several members of this team spent over half an hour with me trying to help find a solution. I even had a tool rental out with them that they graciously extended (due to the delay in my project) at no extra cost, even though the delay was no fault of their own. I'd like to specially mention Paul from flooring, as well as the department supervisor of flooring and Shawn from rentals (who made sure I was taken care of to the best of his ability). They took a few hours of stress out of my life and my carpet installation was able to be finished same day, thanks to them!

I had some good suggestion from the crew on how to make an enclosure for my cats. Going to get a few more things, but here a picture of it so far.
