Panera Bread

We absolutely loved this location! The team that worked here on Monday, April 8, 2024 at around 6pm went above and beyond for us! We placed our order online and they carefully followed our “special requests” instructions and even included the different salad sauce we wanted. We are used to fast food places messing up our order 9/10 times and these guys got it all right AND also went above and beyond. The food was very tasty, everything was carefully packed and we were even able to order extra stuff when we got there for pick up with very little wait time. The cashier was super friendly and the whole experience at this location was great!

The You Pick 2 menu is a little confusing. They make a good bacon turkey bravo sandwich. Pleasant restrooms.

There's nothing like a Panera You Pick 2 with a Frontega Chicken sandwich and a bread bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Their prices are ok, not the best but the food is has yet to disappoint.

I went to Panera Bread with a few friends. We ordered tea, coffee and cinnamon crunch bagel. PB is a great place to hang out.

Great food! Their Mac and cheese is awesome! (And I usually don't care for Mac and cheese). Great service! Very reasonably priced.

Great customer service. Wish they had more variety of foods and would bring back the chioptle chicken and Italian sandwiches. And the brownies used to be better!

I only been to a Panera Bread one other time before this. I went because my daughter ordered chipotle chicken avocado sandwich it really look delicious! She had a whole one. My cousin said the cinnamon bagel are to die for. So we went in for lunch and everything was delicious! I enjoyed the sandwich and the cinnamon bagel. I will return.

The customer service is always really good here. All of the employees are very respectful and ready to assist us. This is why I'll continue to come back and tip well

I haven't stepped in there New Year's my daughter worked there when she was 16 I'm now 61 and it was like wow it's just as the purpose it was then it is now top quality food service friendly smiles most of all it really was good I felt at home I felt welcomed nice fireplace yeah I mean you couldn't ask for nothing more I don't know why I haven't been there more it was like you know just totally forgot about it afte she work there I think I'm back to say I will visit at least once a week this is a really good lunch for 15 dollars half a sandwich and soup well it just was good haven't took me a bear claw to go which is a Danish in case you don't know

Employees are friendly and the food comes out hot and always tasting fresh. Panera is always a treat and this location really doesn't disappoint when compared to others. Drinks are kept in stock, the atmosphere remains relatively quiet, and everything seems clean. Would visit again and enjoy the food even during some in-person dining.

I ordered on the mobile app for the first time and selected rapid pickup. When I arrived my food was ready, and it was sitting on a shelf ready for me to take and walk out. I felt very uncomfortable just taking the item off the shelf without speaking to an associate, I was afraid they would think I was stealing. However I looked around making eye contact with a few of their associates who didn't react, so I walked out with my order, half expecting someone to chase me out to the parking lot. Thankfully this didn't happen but the rapid pick-up is still a strange experience for me. That said, it was very convenient and quick. The app made it very easy to view all of their menu items and place an order they even let me choose a favorite order option so I could easily reorder next time. I ordered the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl with chips. This is my usual order and as usual it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering online and using the rapid pickup again even though I still feel a tad uncomfortable with it.

I tried using my gift card, which I uploaded to my phone, at the register to no avail. The staff, including the server and manager on duty, couldn't get it to work either. They suggested I order online and that worked. The process was not good, but the staff was GREAT and extremely patient. Hats off to them (along with a generous tip)!

Menu has many selections and choice of sizes. Person taking my order has a nice and sincere smile. She personally prepared the salad for nut allergy. There was a container holder in the bag. Food is delicious

Great experience, especially during the times that we currently exist in amidst the pandemic. They are taking the right precautions and not compromising in their quality of product and service. During this visit, I was ordered the Margherita flatbread pizza and my daughter had the four-cheese flatbread pizza - both great choices!
