Best Buy

Great store. Can't say enough good things about the General Manager, Scott. He provided excellent service and stepped up when others were willing to walk away from a difficult situation. He deserves to be recognized for making Best Buy a fantastic place!

So we stopped in this evening with the technical issue regarding one of our laptops. I cannot begin to even tell you how amazing their customer service is and skilled staff especially Joe Dodds (geek squad) and Colton. These two truly went the extra mile and we will absolutely be utilizing Best buy in Cuyahoga falls for all of our electronics needs and future business because of them!

The girl that works evenings in the geek squad department was one of two people that provided me with excellent service. The door man was great too. I came in to get my phone looked at that I purchased there to find out the phone guy called off tonight. Then I drove to Verizon which was closed. Then drove back to the store to talk to the manager that didn’t offer much help. I talked to the geek squad person and she helped tremendously. She restored my loyalty to bestbuy. Hopefully she gets word that she helped me get my phone running again with her tips. Thank you guys!!!

I had ordered a new laptop and they had it prepared a day before I was told it would be ready and the pick up process was the easiest and smoothest thing ever 😂 I wished it was pleasant like this everywhere else, fast and efficient! The lady who helped me tended to me as soon as she saw me and my friend at the counter!

I've shopped here a lot more recently mostly because the customer service is excellent. Like our fridge broke and we ran there to find a quick buy or another solution and they were so helpful. Or when we bought and electric mover and the battery was not working. They replaced it for us. Everytime I do a store pick up I'm in and out zero issues. We needed a new washer and dry and the sales person helped us find the best machine that fits our needs, price and helped us save with becoming a member. Each time we go in here it's always a great experience. Thank you all for doing such a good job.

Such a great place to buy a laptop. They are very helpful and I gotten all my tablets here and laptops. I just recently bought a laptop here on the July Black Friday sale and literally saved 400 dollars on it. It’s awesome. I bought my iPad mini here and all my kindles with zero issues.

Only waited for prepaid item a few minutes. Clerk offered to take out to car. I declined item wasn't too heavy for me to carry

I purchased an item and had it shipped to my closest store. Communication of tracking was great, and picking up at the lockers located at the store was a breeze!

The professionalism was exceptional and Mr. Robinson’s practices should trained to the other staff.

Always being checked on to make sure I'm fining everything fine. Clean and organized normally. After Christmas it's a little out of stock but that's what happens during the holidays

They took the time to explain the different plans for warranties and we're very patient with me while I choose I like that in store representatives

I feel bad for not getting their names, but the two dudes who helped me buy a washing machine were awesome. Super helpful, polite, and fast. Great employees.

Didn't have the battery I needed in stock,but was able to obtain an alternate part number and got one at home depot 2 stores down.

Make sure when you buy any lap top it's a 8th generation or higher. I love the the policies on the Black Friday sales. Any item you purchase via credit or debit , the difference will be refunded to your card if it goes on sale at a lower price on Black Friday. Save your receipt or take a picture of it if you paid cash.

Buy all are stuff here , love Best Buy , but there New front end with no registers like normal stores to make it more easy n convenient REALLY SUCKS !!! NOT A GOOD SET UP !!!

Used to not like Best Buy because I wouldn't get greeted or helped. Seems like they have enough staff now I always get help and they always have the odd or end I'm looking for same day instead of next day like the shipping guys. Thanks for improving!

Sam was more than helpful when we were looking over laptops and TVs/sound bars. He's very intelligent, informed, unpretentious and helpful. Seems to enjoy his job.
