Entering and especially exiting the grocery store is most convenient through E 103rd Street. There is actually an entrance and exit point on that side street. That way you don't have to worry about the "no left turn" on E 105.

Overall I've had an amazing experience coming to this grocery store. I absolutely love the hours, the pricing the clean interior and exterior and the welcoming environment and very friendly staff. The 100% self checkout lanes work very well also. And their florist does an amazing job with the bouquets available.

This Meijer has more flower/bouquet options than whole foods. More affordable prices than Daves. Very extensive wine selection. Wider operating hours than any other grocery store in NE Ohio. I am very happy with this addition to the neighborhood.

Immaculately clean. Everything has a good lay out and flow. Tons of inventory. Lots of space so you aren’t on-top of people walking around. I really do hope they expand their “grab and go” section. I can’t wait to come back and get lunch her more often.

Love this new market! Lots of local products and gluten free items. Prices are affordable and staff are friendly. I will be supporting many more times!

What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. They have a great selection and the prices are as good if not better than in the suburbs. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the self scan check out worked easily.

At today's grand opening and this store is so beautiful, pricing was perfect, shelves well stocked. I just love that its omw close to home, I dont have to travel to seven hills

Wow! Went on opening day. Great food variety and options, excellent prices. Produce section is second to none, and visually gorgeous. Curated for value shoppers and staples, AND to showcase local/Ohio food and businesses, AND gift and gourmet, AND international palates, AND meals to go, beer and wine, coffee shop. Please note this a grocery store, so there are no big box sections like automotive, clothing, toys, electronics (although a few options for batteries, cooking implements, and a toiletries and cleaning, pet food section). But if you want food, wow! Parking is nearby and free up to 90 min with a gate ticket you get when you pull in. Walkable in normal weather from the Clinic and U Circle. Self checkouts. Things are well-labeled, prices on staples are great. Site says EBT accepted and WIC and items are labeled for WIC. It would be an easy right turn in and out for those heading out on the Opportunity Corridor at the end of a workday or visit. Glad to have it open!

Nice new grocery store with an excellent selection of foods. Friendly and helpful staff. The store is well organised and very clean. I will shop there again.

Very nice market just blocks from Cleveland Clinic. Nice variety of food and drinks. Couldn't help but notice the huge selection of cheeses, both regular and dairy free. Especially Miyoko's, my favorite dairy free brand. So many flavors to choose from.

Love the indoor Shaker Square farmers market at Van Aken town center. Always great lettuce from Tyler's Farm, apples from Woolf's, fresh mushrooms from Tom & Wendy, sprouts from Martha's, fresh eggs from Greg & Marti, onions and kale from Rainbow Farms - a good variety of products and we love supporting the diligent farmers. Come and get great healthy food plus support our very important local farmers.

The prices are way better than no stores that be in our neighborhood, the real reasonable, real fresh fruits and vegetables and meat and seafood. The workers are very kind and respectable. I really enjoyed my visit there. I will shop there all the time if it is possible.

What a great asset to the community! Tons of local options available, a great wine and beer section, and better prices than a lot of other area grocery stores. What’s not to love? Parking was quick and easy (the first 90 min are free).

Great new market by CC and right down the road from the apartment we keep in Cleveland. Great fresh fruit and veg with lots of options. The maki rolls at the sushi shop were gross. My husband tried the cafe. He hated it. Great place for groceries though. It’s the only place we go now when we’re up here.

I’d like to add that getting into the parking area from the turn off 105th street is not well planned. You must turn from the left of the road in order to line up with the ticket machine. If not, you’ll have to get out of your car to get the ticket.

Just shopped at Meijer Fairfax Market. 10 🌟 actually. It's great for the community and for my 1st time being there was an extraordinary experience. Clean, well kept, and staff was very acknowledgeable when I entered. I'm glad to see for myself and I love it. I'll definitely be back. I live too close not to return. A great addition and option for the community. Criminal element stay out !

Very nice store with tons of local stuff. They also had a good selection of grab n go foods like salads from Fat Cats.

Just what the area needed! Everything you can think of is right here. Fresh produce, baked goods, meats and fish, and a huge wine and adult beverage section. Tons of local items available throughout the market and quick, on-the-go food for those in a rush. There's so much here, including a little coffee shop.

We went to the new Fairfax market and loved it from the parking lot all thru the clean and tidy store. Employees are happy, smiling and working not on there phones.
The prices were what I expected and aisles were clear. We will shop here again soon.

Can't wait for opening day! The exterior is beautifully made, and I can't wait to see the inside. Great addition to the neighborhood for a more convenient place to shop for people living in the surrounding neighborhood, as well as the employees who work at the hospitals and other businesses in the area.

So excited to go back and try all the local stuff. There's so much variety and new items I didn't recognize from the same couple of stores around here. it was really refreshing. I hope the best for the store.

I shopped here for the first time last weekend and thought it was awesome! Really good vegan options (through spread between two different sections) and the prices were generally very competitive

I haven't been there yet but having a grocery store on the 10 bus like means peace of mind and convenience. If the selections go as great as the distance they will replace Walmart delivery.
