Much better than bobs furniture, where they use third party delivery who don’t even want to install your furniture. Friendly kind and up front. We got two beds for the kids it took a little longer than we thought but we also did change the order and they were really nice about doing so. Decent furniture decent price and friendly staff, smaller store much better than bigger box stores for bedroom stuff it seems. Would recommended going here and trying it out when shopping around. Fantastic local business with high quality product at an affordable price. The bunk bed i purchased is heavy duty and in many cases around the same price as online, but the ability to have the customer service and see the product in person was great. I had a slight problem with a screw hole on a guard rail and the owner honored the warranty no questions asked. The mattresses are affordable, comfortable, and the perfect height. I had several questions about the setup with underbed dressers sliding due to hardwood floors and he was able to help me through all of it.The only issue was a lengthy delivery time due to covid and supply chain issues but they were always willing to provide updates and time frame predictions. Definitely will be back, however this purchase seems destined to last a long time.

Excellent spot for your kids to pick out a bed. They are all set up for your kids to try out and the staff is knowledgeable, prices competitive and support is excellent.

I had to order a replacement part for a bed I bought five years ago and they handled it quickly and I'm pretty sure they didn't even mark it up ($20). Can't get that from Amazon and this is furniture which needs to be sturdy, so think twice about going online for something like this.

They also have a clearance area if you're on a budget, definitely stop in if you're shopping for beds.

Great experience shopping there, will definitely be going back again.

New location on Greenfield & Sunnyslope in New Berlin, but same TOP NOTCH service and product quality. We are 3-peat customers and are always incredibly pleased with our experience and purchase.

My wife and I just purchased a twin over full staircase bunk bed from Gary. We went in the store twice as a family (that's 2 adults and 4 kids under 4) and although my wife was a little stressed out that my kids wanted to try every bed, the staff were super relaxed about it. I have read a few reviews that state the staff was "unfriendly" or "rude." To me it felt like a family owned business, no one was rude, but you just have to ask if you have a question. Personally, I prefer this - it give you the freedom to look at your leisure without feeling pressured. BUT, when we had questions (and I ask a lot of questions) everyone was super attentive. We took some pics with our cell phones, left and decided later what we wanted - all I had to do was pick up the phone and call to place my order.

I can't speak to the negative reviews where individuals stated they waited more than the standard 10-14 days for their items, but I can tell you that when we received our order 14 days after the order and I opened up the boxes to put it together, I could see (and smell) that the items were recently stained per our order. So it's possible some of the delays were not on Bunks & Beds end, but on the manufacturing end.

I did have to call a couple of times to check on the status of the order, partly due to my own personality. I would say that if you:
1) Go in expecting it to be a low-sales-pitch environment where someone is not trailing you through the store, but know you can ask questions at any time and get a pleasant response.
and
2) Anticipate waiting for your merchandise if you order something that has to be made (and being ok with proactively calling them for updates)

You can expect to have a very pleasant experience. The quality of the furniture we purchased was extremely good and less than we would have spent online (even on Amazon). And I do believe they price match if you do find something online. They have an excellent display of bunk and regular beds for kids - more than anywhere else I have seen - it really helps to see how the kids can get up there and how high the sides on the top bunk are.

Sorry for the long review - Give them a shot, just set your expectations up front that it will not be "pushy" sales and you may have to be proactive on the back end to see how your order is coming along (when you do call, they treat you well).

Purchased multiple beds from here, always been treated well, educated about the quality and value.

In the one instance a piece of a bed came a bit damaged I was given a no-questions-asked replacement piece. Great service and incredible value. Highly recommend.

They have a large selection of children's beds that are high quality at reasonable prices. Also the owner is very knowledgeable about the furniture he sells and is not pushy like some sales people. They are able to get additional items not in the store but are from the manufacturers they sell products from. The bed I purchased was cheaper here then any place I looked online and they are willing to match prices.

Gary was great and went above and beyond to help us out. We bought bunks many years ago. Unfortunately when we moved houses we lost some hardware for the bunks. He let us find the parts needed and did it with a smile. Great experience when we bought the bunks and service many years later. Strongly recommend buying from them.

2 years ago we purchased our sons furniture here. Friendly and knowledgable staff. That, and add the quality of product for the price you won't beat it. We'll be back again shortly for our daughters set up without hesitation.

After spending a good month looking for new bed for my daughter I was about to tell her I couldn't afford the bed she wanted until I walked into Bunks & Beds. 1/2 the price of the big stores and great quality. I also thought Gary was great no pressure or sales people breathing down your neck. Thanks Gary my daughter loves her new bed!!

I have a bed in purchased in 2011. When we recently took it out of storage(we have guests coming) we discovered several parts were lost during a recent move. I went to the Greenfield store. Gary(the manager/owner) was very helpful/professional and was able to source parts for me, despite the fact that the model was discontinued. To find service like this today is extremely rare. I highly recommend the store and service for your bedding and furniture needs.

Stopped here today after searching many other furniture stores in the area. Great selection with a wide variety of options, ranges of quality, and price. The prices were very fair. We loved that we could look around without being pressured (or followed!) but that when we did have questions the man who helped us was very knowledgeable and found us exactly what we needed (we had overlooked it during our browsing). Great experience!

We have purchased furniture here multiple times over the years and have always had great service. Quality is great and furniture is the same as you find at places like Colders only at a fraction of the cost. We even bought our king size bookcase bedroom set here that has held up wonderfully for our bedroom so it is not only kids furniture! We will always go here first when in need.

We have bought numerous children’s beds and mattresses from this store over the past few years. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair. Highly recommend them for anyone shopping for children’s beds.

The owner was very helpful, informative, and patient while we decided on beds for our kids. The prices are similar to big box and online stores, but the quality is better. I'm glad we found this store!

I've been going to bunks and beds for years they are Definitely not going out of business!!! I have always been treated great. The costumer service is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. I always recommend them to my family and friends and never had a problem.
