I am happy to say that that place is improving. When I first started going in there when they first opened up they were a little bit aloof ,not so.. maybe not attentive, not the word I'm looking fo,r but responsive when I walked in to buy my cigars. Fast forward 3 months, and now it's all smiles and they're very personable. They've never tried to oversell me something they've never tried to hustle me on anything that I felt. It's a very good place to go look up believe it or not to get pocket knives. They have good selection and I'm a knife guy too, so I like it.The cigars you know I don't always find the ones I am looking for, but I believe they are trying to stock them,and can see this is not their fault.When they have them they're always fresh and good. I can't really speak for everything else ,I'm not a cigarette consumer, and marijuana isn't my bag either, but the selection does look presentable. They have really neat outfits,jerseys and such, hanging up and are available for a pretty decent price I suppose .Designer stuff. Love this very knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE shop. You need it they have it from quality wraps and leaves to affordable tobacco even close for men and women phones clutches belts to accessories.

The vibe here is chill and easy very family oriented to make you feel welcome this definitely is the one my everyday shop

Without doubt my favorite go-to. The employees here go above and beyond in their customer service and are always friendly and conversational. I have always had fantastic service, products that meet exactly what I am looking for, and stellar rates. I refuse to go anywhere else, whenever I do choose a different shop, I find myself disappointed. Keep on rocking on The One!

The owner of the shop was beyond professional and kind. He expertly helped me select the proper glassware from my short duration in San Fran. If your looking for the average smokeshop this probably wouldn’t be your choice there’s not another one like this hints the name. They go beyond to make sure there costumers leave satisfied with there purchase.

Really good prices, nice and super helpful vibe and employees and owner (I think). Good to have a new smoke shop in Berkeley where the employees are not rude and trying to swindle you out of your cash. They set themselves apart from shops up on Telegraph. I’d shop here over any other smoke shop in the area personally. Good and growing selection of products too. 👍👍👍

The service here is beyond great. Phone prices and accessories are low and the support couldn't be better. Abdul went way above and beyond every service provider I ever dealt with to assist me with my problem. Truly an outstanding place to do business.

The prices are *very* reasonable. A few months ago I bought pipe and thought I was overcharged, when I checked online distributors I found out that I paid half to two-thirds of what they would have charged (even with free shipping).

Thanks for going above and beyond for me!! I called all over to find a replacement vape pod (mine cracked from air travel). Here, they went and special purchased a few for me to have options to pick up NEXT DAY. I am so grateful! 5 stars for the customer service alone!!

I work at the la quinta down the street and love the fact they offered delivery my car been down and they come in clutch everytime I’ve ordered delivery probably 5 times already aside from walking in they fast they got the hookups and usually got what I want I love how convenient they are
